Unfortunately I was stuck after witnessing an accident and picked up my pizza between 10-15 min after my quoted time. I apologized, and asked if there was any way they could just reheat my box of less than half a dozen pieces in the oven so it wasn’t cold. After I explained that I was behind due to an accident… I’m not really sure why you still need to ask what time I placed my order , seems like you are implying it’s my fault the food is cold. Sure. I can accept that and I will say that’s on me, but I was kindly asking you to just even put the box in the oven for a minute or two so that my family could have better than room temp pizza. I didn’t even want new slices ! Highly disappointed after being a consistent customer for a few years, and on an almost weekly basis at times. I already have excused the maturity level of the staff at times, the pizza can be inconsistent depending on the cook, and I have never sent anything back or asked for anything outside the norm once before- thanks for making me feel like I was bothering you for a simple reheat even after my pizza was sitting on the oven.

The pizza itself was alright we ordered 12 pieces and we only live like 3 mins down the road by the time that we got home and sat down to eat the pizza was already cold

Delicious pizza! It's my kids favorite place to go for dinner. The crust is crispy yet flaky and had the perfect amount of sauce. The pepperoni wasn't spicy and tasted good as well.

Called an order in at 6:40pm was told it would be 20 minutes arrived about 10 minutes later. Waited 30 minutes and then was given pizza that I watched sit on top of the oven for 10 minutes before they gave it to me. Maybe an adult should be there making sure orders are done efficiently and pizza isn't sent out cold .
