This was the first time at Jake's, had to do take out because I was pressed for time. We got the country fried steak with mash potatoes/gravy and the ham club with fries. The portions were large, the price was right and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Diner atmosphere. Quiet. Homey. Food was tasty, hot and plentiful. Two of the four of us took take home boxes. Server was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Food came out very timely.
Food was hot and out of kitchen fast. Waitress was very pleasant and delivered drink refills at just the perfect time. Was there for breakfast in am but served all day. Not a fancy place but in a small country town it is great. I like good food in simple atmosphere and Jakes on the Park delivers that each time I stop in.Since Covid they are not open past 3pm or I would stop in more often on my way to work in the evening. I love there chicken and biscuits.
