Absolutely fantastic customer service! Aaliyah (I hope I have spelt it right!) is so friendly and lovely! I knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure what it was called on the menu and she was just so helpful! Like nothing was too much trouble! And didn’t mind helping me at all!! Excellent customer service!! X I’m really fussy with ice creams but the sweet temptation trays are incredible! Best Icecream ever!! The Ferraro one and Bueno are AMAZING! They are huge aswell!! Best place around for desserts by a long shot! The icecream shakes are amazing too!! I’m such a foodie haha!

Ordered a waffle & milkshake Took 1 hour & 10 minutes to come live 5 minutes drive away..... came cold and milkshake tasted like water waffle cold and undercooked. Won’t be ordering again!

First time customer. Very bad experience. I would like to give them negative stars for service.I went on a Sunday around 11am. The place was packed except for 2 dirty tables. As I stood in the doorway a couple employees just stared at me as if I walked into their private residence. I was just trying to see if there was a sign that said "seat self" or "wait to be seated" as it was my first time in. Then I was waiting for the employees to say something but no...just staring. Next, I sat at a dirty table with my son and parents. Waited about 10 minutes and a family came in and sat at another dirty table. New table were being handed menus so my mother walked up to their server and asked for a menu and the server reluctantly gave her 2 (for 4 people). Finally, someone came over and wiped off our table with a dirty rag. Then we saw the newer table placing orders. My mother went up to the employee at the bar and asked if someone could take our order and she said someone would be right over. Nope. After a total of 25 minutes we flagged down a server and asked why no one had come over yet and she said "well this isn't my section" did you see my sister?" We said we had no idea who her sister was and we just wanted to order please. And that my 3 year old son was very hungry. She said sure and proceeded to walk away and clean and bus other tables that customers had just left. I was livid. 25 to 30 minutes and not even a water. We were practically begging to order. We stuck it out so long because my son was past hungry and emotional. We left, drove down the road to Creekside and had a great meal and service.

Waterford diner, known as bettys donor, is a great place for families to eat. It's a small hometown diner, open from 6 am -2 pm for all your breakfast and lunch yummies!!!! Thanks kim!!!! Great food, friendly, happy service, and some awesome pricing

Love the food and the service. Old fashioned hometown dinor. Specials everyday and dinner served occasionally. Cute antiques on the walls.
