This is the first time I have ever experienced bad service at Chick-fil-A. Anika has a disturbing disposition. She had the audacity to get an attitude because she had to remake my salad due to her ignorance/ choice to put bacon bits on a salad which was ordered as “NO MEAT”. I guess somewhere in her head, she’s silly enough to think that bacon isn’t MEAT. She inconvenienced me, and I had to come back into the store & wait to have my salad made over, but she’s the one with the attitude, go figure. & NOone in the establishment apologized for the mishap.

CFA no longer makes French fries well done. Someone at HQ should look into this. At times, CFA fries are undercooked and wilted…NOT good!

Usually, I go in and pick up my preordered app meal; sometimes, if I have time, I'll eat in, rarely do I interact with the people, but I always observe. Today, I came at 10:34, four minutes late, because I had left my car key in the other bag. Everything happens for a reason? My breakfast bowl was canceled. I had to wait to speak to the manager because she was on the phone... no problem, but I really wanted my breakfast bowl, and a migraine was creeping. At 10:30, there is a hard cut-off on breakfast even if you order on the app. Save for the future. Anika (not the manager) asks if I want to order something anyway, so I get kid meals. Anika recognizes my ID and asks if I teach... Spanish... at the middle school. I was her daughter's teacher (: Time to pay, only to find that my wallet is in my other bag. How mortifying. This is why I use the app. The person next to me says he'll cover it. Anika reminds me to breathe, and spring break is coming.I promise, I was not having a difficult day, but everyone in these moments helped me not have a meltdown with their kindness. They helped me and melted my heart. #kindness

Chick-fil-A still offers the best fast food option for the money. Employees are conscious and polite. It's made eating dine in fast food doable again.
