Service was good, friendly and prompt. Lots of different beers to choose from, I like the variety. Some beers didn't really match the type, such as sours. But still, lots to choose from and some were very good. They experiment with the beer, which is what I like about places such as this. Food is good, but hard to find something when you cannot eat dairy. Food prices seem a bit high, too. Beer prices are reasonable for the most part, on par with competitors. Inside there is plenty of seating for parties of various sizes. Open parking lot that gets cramped when busy. Overall it is a gem for the area and worth a little drive for something different and to support local.

Great food, beer is very solid, probably the best in Waynesboro. Trivia nights on Thursday are fun, and happy hours are great!

The brews just keep getting better! Nice variety of styles, nothing over the top or off the edge, just solid, flavorful brews that are true to the advertised style. I especially liked the IPA brewed with the New Zealand hop variety. Delicious!

Beers pretty good. Imperial IPA one of the best I have had. Stout a little lacking on flavor. Nice staff. Kids running around screaming and band way too loud for inside.

Really need to rethink all customers standing in 1 line to order drinks, then again to order food, and again to check out.But brews and food are outstanding!!

Enjoyed the beers. Vista lager is pretty light, Mountain Pie sour ale is not very sour and does indeed taste like Peach cobbler. The fruity ales are a little too sweet for my taste. The Black and Blue burger was very good. and the semi curly fries were done well with just enough salt. Unfortunately, low quality tasting ketchup. The patio is nice with plenty of room and umbrellas for every table. Dogs on a leash are welcome. Listening to live music is enjoyable here. Comfortable seats and the acoustics are surprisingly good. Service is very friendly and attentive. All food and drinks are ordered at the bar, food will be brought to your table.

I want to love this place. I really do. I bought a hat and a t-shirt. I was all in. The food is good, but pricey as most reviewers say. The last time I came in, I used a gift card and they made a mistake with the bill. We had to monitor our bank account and call back in to get it straightened out.Tonight I came with 2 of my kiddos and they never brought my meal. Both of my kids ordered an appetizer and I ordered the tacos. Theirs came and I waited and waited with no luck. This is another disadvantage to not having a server at each table to check on patrons. I went up to close my tab and was offered an apology, but no explanation or compensation. So, you may or may not get your food.I came here frequently when it was Rolling Mill and this never would have happened.

We went last Friday to enjoy beer and dinner. The place was not overly crowded we sat in the bar area, we sat and waited for 10 minutes my husband went to the bar and ask how they did things. He was told he could order at bar, which he did , his flight came out and about 10 minutes later my Blackberry Lemonade was delivered. or should I say slammed on the table in front of me. When the drink was deliver we tried to ask the lady how we ordered food and she turned her head and said come to bar. My husband went to order our food Brussel sprouts, burger and sweet potato fries.Food was very good, sweet potatoes over cooked and very few of them. When food was delivered it once again was slammed in front of us, no silverware they pointed ti a waitress station fir self serve pick up, we ask for water and they pointed to a large orange container, can the servers not speak? I would rate this place to have the worse customer service at any brewery and we have visited many. I even wrote the manager a note and he said let me look into this and get back with you, haven't heard a thing from him. The 6 good reviews probably from staff. Great food, horrible service and execution of helping drinkers and diners.

Ambiance, beer and food (when kitchen is open) is pretty awesome. The review gets 3 stars because a dive like this should be open later not til 10pm.

Attended the Backcountry Hunters & Anglers Pint Night held here on Sunday, June 25, 2023. First time here. Great choice for a small get-together with friends.Has fresh food chioces with different specials, kids menu, many ale choices, and even sells cider from a local cidery for those of us who do not drink ale. Would be nice if there were a few more cider flavors. You order by the bar, pay, then your food is brought out to you. There was an issue with our food order taking longer than usual, so the owners gave us complimentary drinks on the house, which was a nice gesture of hospitality. There were clean-up stations if you wanted to remove your dishes before the server came back to pick them up. Great idea when trying to keep the table clear with little ones. The outside of the building is not much to look at, but the rustic log cabin interior is great with a big stone fireplace. Cozy, warm, and inviting.Great family atmosphere. There are even tons of board games for kids to play and explore, and the whole family can participate in. Trivia is held on Thursday nights.Has modern clean bathrooms and a deck out back. The only down side is that the brewery closed at 7 pm on a Sunday in the summer. Would be nice to be open a little later in the summer when it is warmer outside and stays light longer.
