I don't know if they can improve customer service.... I was in this establishment about a week ago... and a mentally challenged man was enjoying the buffet - until he asked for a bag - and then the girl working the register (the nighttime manager) was breaking her neck talking about him trying to take a few pieces of chicken home - I felt so bad for that man - everyone could clearly hear this woman talk about him not being able to take food home. So we bought the guy another meal that he could take home - so very disappointed that you allow people to treat any person like that - I would honestly like to run into that man again - He was a sweetheart who didn't deserve to be humiliated by the HIRED HELP.
