We had dinner over the weekend and the food, steak , scallops and salad, it was fantastic along with the service and cocktails. We decided to return for a burger and a cocktail and found it to be very disappointing. The burger was packed too tight and had a funky flavor. Fries were dry. Service was still great and cocktails were very good.

Highly recommend for a special night out. I cannot rave enough about their cocktails and food. The espresso martini I had was delicious. For my second cocktail, I knew I wanted gin but wasn't sure what direction I wanted to head in. I talked with the bartender about what I like in a drink and he created a delicious smoky gin martini.I cannot rave enough about the seafood I ate here last night. But if I had to pick one item on the menu you should not skip, it is the octopus, it melts in your mouth.

Enjoyed our night out at 9prime! Building and space inside is stunning. Staff was friendly and attentive. Must try the bank run and espresso martini cocktails. Menu favorites included the bank rolls, Brussel sprouts, octopus, burger and cheesecake. Will definitely be back!

We were so excited to eat here but it was disappointing. The server was so over the top nice that it just was weird and uncomfortable. You could tell it wasn't her personality. Got the bank rolls, they were cold ( they did take them off of the bill), server would disappear for long periods of time and we were only 1 of 3 tables. After dinner, She was gone for 20 minutes before coming back and asking if we wanted dessert. The food overall was not seasoned well or was just heavily salted. My husband did love his steak but not enough to come back. I got the wedge salad. We spent $200 and were there for 2 hours. Maybe they're still working out the kinks but we're not willing to try and spend that much again when there's so many other great restaurants in West Chester.

Let me start by saying I have only visited this restaurant once. They did a beautiful job transferring this old bank. The art-deco finishings and keeping the 1863 features were well doneThe staff did a good job, you can tell the place has only been open for a short time. The front greeted us and helped us immediately. The server explained the menu and made suggestions on the menu and checked on us throughout our evening. The food was disappointing at best. The ceaser salad was good. The 10oz signature-cut filet mignontemperature was perfect. Under seasoned and blandThe brandy au poivre sauce was suggested by the server and was really good, very small amount. The steak was ok and didn't come out hot.The woodland mushrooms were good and once again not hot. The truffle fries are more like chips than fries. They were good but came out warm. The truffle aftertaste lingered throughout the evening. The Campanelle pesto past dish was awful. It was served with a cold straccietella cheese, and the pesto had crushed red pepper. My wife couldn't get past her first bite. They replaced the Campanella with nduja mussels, They were small, very oily. the sauce wasn't good, and it was way too much sausage.Food overall was ok to poor. Everything I tasted needed salt and didn't come out hot. There is way too much truffle on the menu. For the price I was expecting to be wowed. Unfortunately, it wasn't even close. The best thing we ate was our ceasar salad. It's not worth the money. They need to make some major changes.

This place was great. The food was awesome, the service was great, and it was just a cool spot! I originally had to cancel a reservation for 5. They were more than accommodating, getting me a new reservation when my party was available. I am glad that we have something like this here in West Chester!

Truly a great experience to repeat. Service staff & food exceptional. Conversion of a great old bank to a great new restaurant incredible to see, too good to describe in photos...THAT can only be experienced in person! The entrance is directly across from the county building.

We had an amazing experience from the time we walked in until the moment we walked out. Our server, Alicia was truly amazing and so accommodating. I have a severe allergy and Chef Dirk came out to our table to speak with me 3 times to clarify specifics of my allergy and keep me updated on what I was able to eat. I felt incredibly confident that I was safe with what I was eating due to Chef Dirk’s professionalism and Alicia’s attention to detail. The food was wonderful and worth every penny! I would highly recommend 9 Prime to everyone! We can’t wait to go back for another great experience!

Had high hopes about this place with a ton of high hopes... sadly didn't deliver. Food took 90 mins to come out and was mediocre at best. They aren't at the caliber yet for what they charge for their food. It was OK. It has potential to be good but needs more time to work out the kinks.

All Service (host, server & food runners) was very friendly and attentive! Our water glasses were always filled up! It was our anniversary so our serve brought over complimentary champagne which was so thoughtful! The arancini and French onion soup appetizers were delicious! The pickled onion on the arancini was a nice touch! For entrées we got the scallops and the delmonico (18oz). The portions were huge and food was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly! For sides we got the lobster Mac & cheese and truffle fries. Both huge and delicious!Overall 5 stars and we can’t wait to be back!

New steakhouse is wonderful. 12oz NY strip was perfectly cooked; carrots side was spicy but excellent. Great cheesecake for dessert. See you again!
