Updated review 4/20/24: I will NEVER order from here again! Had the absolute worst experience from here today. I placed the same order I’ve been getting over the last year for various parties we’ve had. I’ve recommended this place numerous times to friends and family. My husband went to pick it up today and there was apparently some confusion because someone took the order wrong over the phone. They said they’d fix it. Well he brought it home and it was nothing like what I ordered, so I called. They had me speak to either the owner/manager. I told him what I received isn’t what I ordered. I ordered a chicken cutlet hoagie tray, with mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and balsamic. What I received was chicken cutlets, sweet green peppers, and shredded melted mozzarella that looked like it was pieced together. The owner told me “well what’s the issue? It’s a good sandwich, just eat it!” Excuse me?? This isn’t what I paid for and isn’t what I ordered. He then told me they were busy all day and it’s a lot of work to make these sandwiches and they did it as a favor because it’s not a menu item, so I should consider what I got a “blessing” that I even got that. I told him if it was such a problem, they shouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place. I then said my kids won’t eat green peppers, and he said he didn’t put green peppers on it. I told him I was looking at green peppers all over the sandwich and he responded “well maybe we added some sweet green peppers to it, so what??”. Then he told me I should have been charged more for it, even though I’ve paid the same price for it for the last year, and it was even confirmed when I placed the order on the phone a few days ago. He told me if I really wanted to, I could come back and get another tray, but that he wouldn’t be able to refund me because again “it was a good sandwich and I should just eat it”. My husband went back to get the correct order, brought it home in a rush since at this point our party had started almost 2 hours prior, and again it still wasn't right! This time, the order had green and yellow peppers on it! I’m so friggin livid. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company because what I received (twice) was not what I ordered and he refused to refund it! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. It’s absolutely not worth the aggravation. We had an issue last time we ordered as well as apparently whoever took the order on the phone must have lost it so they had record of it, but at least they made it right and delivered it to our house last time. I decided to give them another chance this time since the food is usually worth it but absolutely never again after this time! It was really GOOD!! I was most worried about the bread since I’m used to fresh semolina, but it ended up being very good and fresh! My family who was in town from NY also really enjoyed it, so that’s saying a lot! When I was walking around the store it was a nice treat to see some fresh Italian cookies, so I grabbed a few of those as well! Can’t wait to try other items from here, we will definitely be back!

We regularly come to Bella Cucina for sandwiches and pasta staples. Based on the food, which we enjoy, we reached out to them to cater our wedding. My husband spoke to two different people at the establishment and provided details on what we needed and for how many people. We were quoted an estimate and told to pick up on the day of the wedding- all sounded great. We called another time to add an item after the fact since we thought we hand the monetary bandwidth, given the original estimate.On the day of the wedding when the food was picked up, the price we were charged was DOUBLE what we were quoted. The additional item added after the first call shouldn't cause the price to go so high.Based on the pricing we went with this vendor instead of other vendors. It was a huge shock for the price change, definitely not ideal as it was THE DAY of the wedding so we had no choice but to pay for the food and move forward.My husband called Bella Cucina and spoke with a few different people to try to get a better understanding of why there was such a price difference between what we were quoted and then what the price was upon pick up. We weren't asking for a deal or any special treatment, but double the price is a big change and something that should be explained. We were not provided an itemized receipt.The food is good, just be super duper clear on your order. We had a receipt (hand written on yellow receipt paper) showing the original estimated price and then a receipt for the charge (double the price) after using our credit card...even with the handwritten estimate the price wasn't the same on pick up.

Solid cheesesteaks, love the rolls, they don't skimp on the meat, but take a name down with every order so you don't mix them up and read the order back to the customer. I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and got a buffalo beef cheesesteak, another time I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and you thought we ordered 3.

Very disappointed with the sandwiches, they we're out of steak for cheesrsteak, no veal or chicken scallopini. Not much selection in the store itself. Italian hoagie was sup par at best. Chicken cutlet was maybe average. Had higher expectations based on reviews. Good parking, probably will not return.

We went to this deli after reading a recommendation about one of their sandwiches The Oldtimer. It was supposed to have Sopressa and Mortadella along with roasted peppers, buffallo mozarella, and fixings. The hoagie was pretty good but they did not put the mortadella on the hoagie. Also there was no seating because the table with chairs was covered with boxes.

For Mother's Day, I always request Bella Cucina's Pinwheel Steaks with a Roasted vegetables tray... the steaks come stuffed with spinach and cheese and ready to bake - delicious! And the veggies are roasted to perfection and come with an addictive wasabi dipping sauce... 10/10!In addition, Bella Cucina carries a variety of Italian groceries, so I like to stop there for a quick bottle of milk, cookies, pasta, anchovies, salami, bruschetta, etc... and the owner, Bruce, is the friendliest guy on Earth!Vegetarian options: The roasted vegetables are out of this world!! My family's favorite!Kid-friendliness: Bruce and the staff are always so friendly with my kids! They love him! And he often gives them a free cookie ;)Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, so the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

I called at 10 am for a last minute chicken fingers platter. Staff super nice I was lucky there were able to accommodate my very short notice request! The chicken fingers a real hit ! Absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended for your next party or event!!
We cater to party for about 100 people. The delivery was on time, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was delicious. The person that was provided to serve the food was pretty good, that we didn’t feel like there were delays in refilling the serving dishes when one was empty. I would definitely recommend Bella Cucina!!!
