Should have checked the reviews first."indifferent" doesn't nearly do justice to the attitude the staff has towards its customers.Used the BK app to place an order ahead of time. Arrived at the restaurant and walked to the end of the counter where the sign indicated I should stand to pick up my online order.And waited.And waited.And, just for fun, waited some more.It's important to note that when I walked in there was one car at the drive-through window, one car waiting behind them and one person inside the restaurant waiting to order. It did not get any busier while I waited. It was 11:35 AM on a Wednesday.One person behind the counter gave me a half-smile in passing, but not. one. other. person. so. much. as. acknowledged. my. very. existence.Sure, I could have spoken up. But after an entire minute goes by and none of the four or five people behind the counter walking by me didn't even so much as exert the energy to turn their head my way let alone so simply say "Hi, we will be with you in just a minute", morbid curiosity took over and I wanted to see exactly how long it would organically take for them to notice the customer waiting for his order, without being prompted.After five whole minutes elapsed, I just walked back to the center of the counter, reached over the paper crowns, took my bag and my drink and walked away.I am not even sure they noticed it was gone.So if you're hungry and short on cash and morals, this particular BK strikes me as an easy mark to pilfer someone's lunch.Won't be mine, that's for sure, I'll never be going back to this one.

Service is fine, food is fine, but I always regret coming here because:1. It's like a meat locker in here. Serioulsy, the temperature in here is like 63 degrees.2. There is never ice in the soda machine3. The soda machine, despite being a Coke Freestyle machine, is always 3/4 empty.

Went through the drive thru, they forgot one of our items. My husband then went inside to get that item, and it took them over 20 minutes just for that one item. I get that stores get busy, but there was like one person in there and only 2-3 cars at the drive thru.
Food is good but customer service is bad!I went to Burger King one time and a staff was rude!Another bad thing is when another staff said “Cash only!”I would never come here again!

Stopped at this Burger King at 5pm on a Tuesday and was told they couldn't come the order for 20min because they had to thaw out the meat. Really! At dinner time thawing out the meat. No wonder Burger Kings all over are going out of business.

The worst Burger King - more like Burger Loser. Terrible, cold, inedible food, and nasty employees. The dining area is filthy. I have no idea how this “restaurant” hasn’t shut down yet.
