I am hoping that I just picked up bagels on an "off" day for them. The bagels were very doughy and not like they usually are. They have been my go to place when getting bagels for years. I just hope they didn't change anything because the bagels were nothing like they have been in the past.

how terrible my two experiences there this week the first time I came in the employee with the red glasses and short hair was very rude while trying to confirm my order she was acting like she couldn't understand my English and was making me uncomfortable and embarrassing me in the store because I kept saying I wanted a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Why is it so difficult to just to confirm it's something so simple. Then the next day I place an order online to avoid talking to anyone and simply just pick up my order, and here is the lady with short hair and red glasses eyeing me like a hawk and as if was a disgusting human being with how her expression on her face was looking at me it's hard to not notice it because she doesn't look any where else. I ask if there's a problem and her first response is to laugh me off and get smart at me . Then I call the manager and it's the same disgusting attitude from the manager she literally said to me " so you want me to fire my employee because of how she looked at you " and did not show any concern to my greivance as a paying customer. And quote the manager stated she was standing right there when the encounter happened and didn't see anything wrong from her employee. But you seen how upset I was and did not intervene. This store obviously has no proper training on customer service and is ridiculous it's 2023 DO BETTER!

Just got bagels to go for the first time here -- pleased to say they were very tasty & excellent with lox. These are true NY-style bagels, the real deal, best I've had in Chester County. Obviously boiled before baked for the right texture, good chew, not too sweet. Would prefer them a little darker as authentic Long Island bagels -- but I did get to choose the darkest ones they had.

The bagels have zero flavor and the inside is undercooked and doughy. Will not return.
The Sandwiches are great, the Staff and Owners are outstanding, and the place is local. Great place to eat, always clean and well stocked.

Waited an appropriate amount of time. I was next in line and cashier looked at me twice, did not ask if I was next or needed to order. He walked away. The place was not busy.This is the second time this has occurred. Too bad - I really like the products but I do not yolerate rudeness and poor service.
