“We had a great Saturday morning breakfast at Piccola Venezia. Seating was good, with multiple spacious options available on both sides of the restaurant. We enjoyed savory crepes -- one with custom ingredients then other from the menu -- but also considered the extensive sandwich selection that is available for breakfast. Quality of food and service was excellent.“
“So excellent! I came here unexpectedly for lunch today, because the place that I wanted to go to was open later. My husband search where we were standing for the closest excellent lunch restaurant, and it was nearby. We looked at the menu posted outside, and the soup and beef shawarma wrap looked good to both of us. The young woman behind the counter was very welcoming to us. She explained how the restaurant ordering worked- order at the counter and she brings the food to our table. Canned beverages were by the counter. They had a great selection. The day was warm, and we sat outside. I had excellent butternut squash soup. I tried my husband's sweet potato and corn soup. This was the best soup that I had in recent memory. For my main meal, I ate the entire large beef shawarma. It contained a lot of beef and was in a tasty sauce. I would not change anything about it. I met the very friendly owner from Lebanon. Between the food, and the friendly people at this restaurant, this is the place to go downtown for lunch!“
