I've been going to Jitters for probably over 15 years. Recently there is new ownership, and while I am pleased that they now have vegan hot dogs on the menu (I'm vegan) the service has gone downhill. I was there today and, among other drinks, we ordered an arnold palmer. The bartender gave us an arizona iced tea with lemon. When I said this wasn't an arnold palmer, but rather just iced tea with lemon, he rudely argued that was the closest thing they had and that's why he gave it to us. Knowing that they normally have it, I asked if they had the stateside arnold palmer and he replied that they did. I questioned why he would give us the arizona iced tea with lemon (which is bad btw) when they had the arnold palmer that we asked for. This could have been corrected so easily without the rude, argumentative attitude. Afterall, we are paying. Why pay for something we didn't ask for? Surely, I got irritated in the interaction, but where is the customer service?

It's kinda dive bar vibe. Most of the people are regular. Average crowd age was 30s... Cheap beer not great draft collection but the usual.

Always good to go to a friendly place that hasn't changed in years. Good selection of draugh beer and bartenders you can actually have a conversation with. Come in and have some drinks that won't break the budget.

Don't go there. It stinks like stale beer and shame. Its like home base for the west chester losers club. They have a group of a dozen or so regulars, and if you're not one of them, the bartenders are obnoxious and Rude to you. Plenty of better options mere steps away

A small and pleasant bar full of really friend people including the staff.

West Chester's best dive bar. On the edge of town, a great place on your way in or out of the bar and restaurant strip. Stop in and grab a Rolling Rock!

This place is Dirty and has a horrible smell. The Bartender was rude and acted like he was annoyed that there were customers. Also very limited drink selection. I would not recommend.
I came into this bar with a couple of friends, we had bought drinks and sat at a table near the bar, we overheard wait staff talking poorly of a customer who had just went to the bathroom. We all felt very uncomfortable there. We won't ever be back.

Had a really rude bartender and would only be friendly to the one guy he knew other than that it was an uncomfortable environment and my boyfriend and I felt very unwelcomed. The drinks were okay but the staff was super rude so 1 star.

drinks priced verrry fairly. cool employees and simple atmosphere. no bs, with some great outdoor seating opportunities. refreshingly straightforward

Place gives me the jitters, both good and bad!
