I know that I shouldn't be eating this stuff and it's terrible for my body but every so often I get lured in. I couldn't tell if they were open or closed for the longest time. I absolutely love Taco Bells Taco Supreme. Next time I am going to see if I can just order one, I don't need to eat the 3 pack. The chips and cheese sauce is my other downfall need to work on my self control. Do yourself a favor, if you look down to the ground and you can't see your shoes, don't eat here. Google the nearest Chipotle or find a salad somewhere.

At KFC in West Chester, our meal was spot-on: hot, delicious, and precisely what we ordered. The staff's kindness and quick service made our dining experience truly enjoyable. For a fast and flavorful feast done right, KFC West Chester delivers every time.
Every once and a while we get a craving for some tacos or fried chicken, we visit KFC/TB and depending on the day either love or regret our decision. Kudos to the staff there that work hard and make the most of an impossible situation, shame on the folks that think it's ok to charge $10 for three nugget sized chicken tenders.

Went there last night. To start with the price? $32.00 for a bucket of chicken. We were told to park in the handicap space. After 25 minutes still no food. I drove back around and they said they just put are chicken on and it would be another 20 minutes. They were willing to refund our money. We will never go again. They were not busy. In the 25 minutes we waited they had less than 5 cars come and go.

This is thebworst KFC food was cold very cold it was obvious it was laying around the store for awhile. And don't try to call no one picks up the phone in that store. I'm done with KFC, I have tried but this is too much. I spent 35 for nothing could not even eat it. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

The woman working the register left me standing there for a couple minutes before even deciding to ask me what I wanted and when I got to my car to start eating, the one drumstick I got this is how it looked. Barely any meat on there and definitely won’t be coming back.

I went there to pick up an Uber Eats order around lunchtime, 12:15 to be exact. There were two employees working. One of the employees (I'm assuming he was a manager), told walk up customers to leave the restaurant, get in their vehicles and order through the drive-thru. I was told the KFC order I was supposed to pick up was ordered through Taco Bell (?!?!) and it would not be prepared until 1:30 - 2:00 at the earliest. Stay away from this location.

This was by far the best fast food dine-in experience I have ever had. The cashier, Sharnae, was so wonderful! The manager was great! The cook was great! The chicken was hot and moist and juicy. The dining area was spotless. It was just a great experience.It may have been because it wasn't crowded but the cook came out and asked me if everything was okay. Asked another customer as well. Now how many times does that happen??? Even if it isn't crowded.It was like a restaurant experience but at a fast food jawn.I L.O.V.E.D. it!!!
