The service is consistently friendly and welcoming. There are many excellent choices on the menu, and there is something to suit everyone's taste. However, I find the decor to be a bit too cluttered for my personal preference.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!

Very nice store. My family visited today while running some errands. The ambience inside the store is ver charming. They have a wide variety of sweet treats. Caramel popcorns, chocolate covered marshmallows, candied apple, chocolates, ice creams, ice cream cake, chocolate covered pretzel and more. Their ice cream was nice and the lemonade felt homemade… not that cheap concentrate. I would recommend to visit if you are planning to visit the town.

A cute old fashioned candy and ice cream shop. There was lots of different kind of chocolate and caramel corn. A good variety of ice cream flavors and 4 different kinds of cones made it hard to choose! Thankfully the counter person offered samples. The coffee chocolate chip was tasty. Sea salt chocolate caramel was too! The employees were very nice. The store is clean. There are bathrooms. There is no seating inside or out.

Visiting friends who live in the area and we were so excited to see a Kilwin's! We love it! Never had a bad experience at the one we've been to in Florida and this location is just as good. My daughter loved her Superman ice cream. And everyone else was happy with their ice cream too. My mom was so happy to get caramel apples. She said it was delicious! Definitely recommend this place. The staff was very nice and it's a clean nice location.
