Tried this place for the first time and was absolutely blown away. I picked up five pies today for my contractors, and I only went here because they suggested it and I am beyond pleased with the service and food. The guy I talked with at the store named Chris I think he might be the owner, was a great guy and even hooked my contractors up with free cookies! Really appreciate it Chris! The pizzas were fresh and hot being finished as I walked in! We will keep coming back! 15/10 amazing!

I found this restaurant on Instagram and knew I had to give it a try. My friend and I split a cooper sharp cheesesteak and a chicken cutlet sandwich. They were both amazing! As an avid cheesesteak lover, I can honestly say that it was one of the best cheesesteaks I've had outside of Philly. Not only that, but the owner is super friendly. He could tell my friend and I were excited to try the sandwiches out, but he offered us a sample of the pizza, which we both thought was very good. This relatively new West Chester restaurant is a great addition to the area and my friend and I have been planning our next visit.

I’m the mailman for Lo Piccolo’s. Chris and Anthony are top notch professionals! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from there. Delicious Pizza is just the beginning. Their hoagies are delicious as well, seeded or unseeded rolls. But my favorite as I’m just finishing one is their cheesesteak! Extra cooper sharp with long hots, ketchup, and mayo! The best I’ve ever had! And I’ve had a lot of cheesesteaks! Enjoy!!

The secret is out! Great food and great people. However, growing pains are definitely affecting their service.I figured my first service disappointment was just a training issue. I couldn’t get through on the phone, so I ordered online. When I went to pickup my pizza the cashier couldn’t find my order. When I told her I ordered online, she bent down and checked the printer. There was my ticket. They weren’t checking for online orders. Would have been nice to get it free but …My latest issue just happened. Ordered a plain pizza at 5:30pm and was told it would be ready in 55 minutes. Went to pick it up and the place was hopping! Glad their business is booming. They deserve the success.However, I had to wait another hour for just a plain pizza. I knew I was in trouble when the cashier came up to me 30 minutes after I paid and asked what I had ordered. She quickly told the kitchen guys to make a plain pizza. Another lost opportunity to say no charge.Seems to be a disconnect between the order takers and the food preparers. Their order system needs to grow with the business! Get rid of the pieces of paper!Again, great food and great people. Disappointing customer service. Growing pains.

Have eaten here twice. Between me and my family we have had pizza, mozzarela sticks, salad, French Fries an Chicken Fingers. Everything we have had is excellent. The Lo Piccolo Pie is especially good! Highly recommended.

Lo Piccolo and Pizza West Chester aren't just the best spots in West Chester (they are and it's not even close) but they're two of the best pies I've ever had in PA, and I've lived here for over 25 years. I'm from NJ and some of the best pizza in the world is near me (DeLorenzo's in Robinsville, Federici's in Freehold and DeLucia's in Raritan) and I like thin and crispy. Lo Piccolo isn't quite as thin, but they use fresh ingredients, the tomato and cheese taste really good, and it's cooked crispy, just the way I like it. It's been my go-to pie since you can't call or order in advance from Pizza West Chester, plus there's plenty of parking and Piccolo has more than just pizza. I had a cheese steak the other day and it's the best one in West Chester, and same deal with their hoagies. Overall it's a great spot, Trenton style pie was my favorite, especially with sausage, and I highly recommend it.
