I went through the drive thru 3-27-2024 at 930 am. to order a coffee. This voice came over the speaker and I could BARLEY understand her and the heavy Spanish accent. I knew what I wanted, so I said, "I'll have a LARGE COFFEE with 5 creams and 4 Splenda and a sausage breakfast burrito and THAT'S ALL!!!! the woman at the drive thru window said Ooooh kay.. I drove to the first window, and it opened... The Mexican woman stared at me for a minute and said, " jew order dah coffee an burrito?" Yes I said, the sausage burrito and the coffee with 5 creams and 4 Splenda. She took my money and gave me my change. I pull up to the second window and the girl smiled at me and said Have a wonderful day, I smiled and told her to have a wonderful day also.. and took my bag and coffee and drove off... Knowing how HOT McD's coffee is I waited the 10 minutes till I got to work to drink it... SUPRISE!..... I GOT BLACK COFFE WITH SUGAR and my sausage burrito. I looked at my receipt, and yep.. Thats what the barley english speaking lady put in the computer. I just wanted to say thank you, YES THANK YOU for fu@king up something so simple...

I come through this drive thru a few times a week. They’re always very nice, but the customer experience is subpar. They have messed up my order countless times. In addition, the staff are completely undertrained. I went through this morning for example, and pre-ordered so they’d get it done quickly. They gave me the wrong order when I got to the window. I informed them of the mistake. They didn’t have my order in their system, even though I gave the cashier my code at the order box. I waited 5 minutes in the parking lot at the designated spot they told me to wait in, before having to go inside to get my order.They are always friendly, but that doesn’t make up for being bad at your job.

Great food with friendly staff but my only complaint are the paper straws. Hey I get it, people want to be environmentally conscious, cool. But on the flip side there was no recycling bin so everything went in the trash can... kinda defeats the purpose...... At least sea turtles can't do cocaine with mushy straws while they lay out on the trash island that's floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean but damn if there are no plastic straws there #winning!!!Parking: Not very many spaces for people dining in

Never get my order correct. I always have to circle back around now I don’t leave the window until I check it. The manager (short Hispanic woman) is very very nasty. She needs to either be fired or find another job. As a previous manager for 40 years, she’d be gone!!!!

This one to me personally has gone down hill. Fries are always cooked in old oil and taste nasty. Burgers get made wrong all the time no matter how you request it be made. Just over all not my cup of tea will go to downingtown location where things have been top notch!!
