I just moved into the area and I decided to stop by. It felt like I was walking into an old pizza joint from the 90s, or even older. The food is delicious, the staff was friendly, and I will likely be a recurring customer for as long as I'm in West Goshen.

Bullies "working here horrible experience,got a Stromboli and I and my guys I work with threw up,tossed the poison and all got sick of it!I asked for my money back they went ghetto on me,my spirit triggered her demons apparently.Avoid this

Not bad. Went here for a few slices and a drink. 1 person working there alone. A bit strange not to have any take out menus, it is 2023. 1 slice was good, the other was just ok. Nothing stood out at this place. Not bad, but nothing special.Overall, it is a OK place. It could use a bit of an upgrade in the setup of the restaurant.

This place feels like your friendly neighborhood pizza shop from childhood. The employees are friendly and cheerful, the food is delicious, and it's all reasonably priced. Nice little laid back place, definitely recommend.

This is the best pizza that I've had in PA (so far). I went with 2 basics: plain cheese and a pepperoni. They had a great crispy crust, which held the toppings together much better than other pizzas I've had in PA. I always say that PA pizza wants to be a NYC style pizza but always ends up too greasy with soggy crust; this was not my experience with Piatto's pizza!

Wasnt expecting much, hoping for a pleasant surprise.... and that wasnt so. We got a pan pizza and bowl of spaghetti, the pizza was two crusts mashed together that seperated and created and uncooked doughy pocket. Im still so confused about that. I've never laughed so hard but, we threw 75% away as it was inedible.Spaghetti took 25 minutes- to boil noodles. LOLOvercharged and then told could not print a receipt. Should have cancelled order right then and there. Sat down to dated and dirty dining area including a dead bug on the windowsill, so we moved to another table and prayed for the best. The tray the pizza was served on was in dire need of a good soak/replacement.Im all about supporting local/family/private business but they should be ashamed of themselves for the service and condition of this place.Wheelchair accessibility: The only positive part of our visit was we could bring a wheelchair in.

I guess I don't get this place. Yeh location is really bad. Kind of dreary inside. Went a few times for a slice. Definitely not their thing. Once when only plain offered I got, 'we can put whatever you want on.' At 11:25 am yesterday they had pepperoni & one Sicilian plain. The reviews are mostly positive so I think my impression must be off. I guess if I lived by I'd go again.
We popped in for lunch on a Saturday early afternoon and eat in. Very good pizza but curiously I noticed they were making Korean food and it looked fantastic! I'd like to explore that next time! I wish they had a website so I could learn more

Omg ? the original cheese pizza is so awesome amazing ? highly recommend ?? I for sure as a truck driver will be visiting everytime I'm in the area. NOTHING LIKE THEM NASTY TRUCK STOP PIZZA.Plus there's a laundromat literally next door. Bobtail in❣️???????

How does a restaurant/business not have a website in 2022? When looking online they have a menu on allmenus.com with outdated prices. Items are literally twice as much Example: Onion rings 2.75 vs. 6.00. BBQ chicken pizza $11 vs $20. So after you place your order you only find out the prices when you go in and pick up your food. My receipt was hand written on ANOTHER BUSINESS' NOTEPAD! The place looked dirty and so did their pans. I have no clue how they are still in business- especially after the pandemic. When I brought the price difference up, they didn't apologize at all they said they didn't want to pay to fix what was online. Their food was meh. Even if I didn't feel mislead, I wouldn't return. So many other good pizza places in West Chester. Don't waste your money.
