Picked up a party tray sunday. Looks like the tray was dropped. Tray was sitting out on the counter for hours. The party tray should have been refrigerated. The lettuce was wilted the tomatoes were warm cheese was warm chicken cutlet was warm lunch meat was warm. I was so embarrassed to serve it to my guests. They were very displeased. Called back manager the next day to complain. Manager explained to me the staff working at the time were inexperienced so that became my problem. All he offered me was 10% off my next order. What is 10% ? nothing. I would stay clear of this primos establishment. Staff is not friendly establishment is not clean. They didn't pack the pickles, oil, vinegar and the sweet peppers with the hoagie Tray. I'm sure the owner will respond to this comment (sorry you were displeased) Nobody cares about their job anymore or quality service

They are extremely under staffed. Was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait from I called and ordered and had to wait over an hour for food that was sloppily prepared and wasn’t labeled correctly. This particular location is dreadfully bad. Avoid at all costs.

The place is getting toooo. expensive . Looks like not enough meets size getting smaller. Definitely was way better. I like the bread and the meat.

Stopped at primo one day because my wife has never been. The place was clean, the staff was quick and proficient with their orders, especially on a game day! Italian Diablo was on point and we will be back in the future!

This is the best hogie outside of South Philly. I am vegetarian and the Nona's veg just is amazing. I add long hots and everytime and every location the sandwich is just right.Vegetarian options: Nona's Veg slaps for sure.

I was pleased, as I always am, with the quality of Primo Hoagies. ( $2 off on Wednesdays doesn’t hurt, either!). The inside of the restaurant is clean and well kept, however, the outside, not so much. Someone should seriously consider painting. Also, may someone should also remove the broken down Grand Cherokee from the parking lot; it makes the place look like a dump.Great service and very pleasant staff, but not the most appealing looking place.
These guys are top-notch. We ordered a tray for a lunch event. The tray was done early. The service was phenomenal. Nothing but compliments from the 25 plus that we served for this event. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Best hogie outside of South Philly.

great food but most importantly wonderful service. Went today with my disabled husband. We had a $5 promo card that was expired but did not know as we cant get out often. The manager honored it for us and helped us out so much. We ordered the Turkey Swarts and Chicken Park along with the sides. good specials
