Most of the food was excellent. Husband ordered the lamb and was in heaven. I got the fried chicken sandwich which I found to be just ok. Too much bread and not enough chicken. Every place in town has a fried chicken sandwich and this one was towards the bottom, so skip it. We also tried the rib fingers and they were very good!!

This place is awful. We went in for lunch but decided against it after our Bartender was standing around and picking his teeth with a toothpick and then making drinks. This seems like a health violation.and was absolutely disgusting. My $13 Hibiscus margarita was a glass full of ice with no salt, no garnish and so tart almost undrinkable. We won’t be back to try the food. Hopefully the chefs aren’t touching their spit while they are cooking!!

Everything that has opened here has failed. Serum seems to be heading down the same path. Hours listed on Google, their own website and a SIGN ON THIER DOOR all state they open at 11 am. Show up at 11:40 just to be told they have already abandoned brunch after 3 weeks open. No apology, no come in and have a drink, the kitchen opens soon. Sedona was open. No need to try Serum again. Poor management is usually a good sign of a business that won’t be around long.

An absolute gem of a restaurant! The food here is beyond incredible - every dish is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. And Anthony, the bartender, is a true artisan. His cocktails are not only delicious but also beautifully crafted. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining and exceptional service!"

Great new spot with not only great food (I had the pub burger and it was ) but I’d say the best tap list in West Chester for those true craft beer lovers?! You can also grab some fresh Imprint 4pks to go as a bonus.Looking forward to having an event there in a few weeks!

Absolutely stellar experience at this new restaurant! From the mouthwatering dishes to the impeccable service, every visit feels like a culinary adventure. And let's talk about Anthony, the bartender extraordinaire who crafts cocktails with skill and flair, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to an already amazing time. Have been there many times since opening and can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!"

Definitely worth while! Drinks were delicious and beautiful. Fried deviled eggs were perfect: crunchy exterior, creamy center, served with a tasty sauce and garnished with a touch of smoked bacon for the perfect pre-dinner bite.My salmon salad was PERFECT and a refreshing blend of flavors. Salmon was medium rare as I requested, served with rice, black beans and dressed greens - a nice blend of Asian and Mexican flavors. My husband’s smoked pork pasta was surprisingly light and mild in flavor. He was expecting something a bit more robust to go with his Aviary Cabernet.I took off a star for atmosphere because of the noise. We were in the old dance floor area; next time we’ll try for a table closer to the bar. Service was great.PLUS: they have a couple of mocktails! I love when a place offers fancy alcohol free alternatives besides soda!

Serum is okay. The menu is very small and for a restaurant of its size, it’s extremely loud. I like the open kitchen but it just adds to the noise. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was just okay. The tuna tacos were really good though!

Enjoyed the open kitchen setting & 2 floors opening to view the kitchen & nice to have full bar on both floors with a rooftop bar & seating in process to open soon. Food was excellent & the Beer & cocktail’s excellent! Nice new addition to the West Chester area!

Great service, nice atmosphere and varied drink offerings. Hoping they expand their appetizer options in the future and looking forward to the flatbreads. The amuse-bouche was a nice touch.

Best addition to West Chester, the food came out hot and quickly on packed Friday night! The cocktail menu has great selection, my favorite was the “smoked me up”! They have an open kitchen so you can see the chefs hard at work preparing your meal! One our apps was the rib fingers, tender and fall of the bone. For dinner I choose the steak frites, juicy steak, crispy freshly cut fries, well dressed salad. To finish it off, the bread pudding was amazing! I heard there will be a roof top bar opening in the summer!

We had a table of 9 people there last night and everything came out perfect and the drink menu was pretty well diverse. Recommend trying the wings and strip steak! If you have enough room left for dessert the bread pudding was delightful.

Was lucky enough to try several different menu items and everything from the apps to the desserts was tasty. Proper cocktails, great selection, well done food, beautiful inside.. can’t wait to get on the roof this summer!
