Not only was the coordination seamless, but the food was also exceptional. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the leftovers, which we got to enjoy for the following week - a testament to the quality and care they put into their work. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly while delivering plates of 2 meats and 2 sides. We ordered food for 75 people, and we had 75 eat and we still somehow had leftover food for my wife and I to eat for the following days! Our members also raved! We will definitely book them again! I contacted Brad and his team a year prior to my wedding date, and I knew from the first interaction that they were a great choice. Brad took the time to chat with my Dad and I, walk us through exactly how he prices everything, talked us through all of our options and was extremely flexible in order to make my wedding EXACTLY what I wanted. We ended up feeding 125 guests with PLENTY of leftovers through their food truck. They did e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Apps, coffee, desserts, food, drinks, bar service, etc... with the food and service I received I would've paid twice what I did and had no problem.Secondly, the food/service. I come from a family of foodies, so I KNEW my food had to be good at my wedding. When I first came for my tasting 6+ months out I was blown away at how good the food was, and somehow it was 5x better on the day. Despite a tropical storm on my wedding day, his team was fast, efficient, courteous, and food was warm and tasty.Overall, I never once had a moment where I worried about my catering because I knew "Southbound's got me." He initially did a phone call with me and gave me a great run down of everything. We then met for a food tasting which was a great experience with my dad, husband and mother in law. All of the food was AMAZING. Brad was always quick to respond and always kind. The wedding day went smoothly. I was a bit worried about it taking awhile to get people through the line but that was not an issue at all. So many guests commented on how great the food was. Brad also purchased the utensils that I wanted and dropped them off ahead of time at the venue for us to set up. I 10\10 recommend Brad and his team. Great food and great people!

We planned a private house party for about 60 people, and it turned out to be a fantastic event! Could not have been happier with the top notch service and the outstanding food provided by your team. From the initial conversation with owner Brad, who was super friendly and customer focused --to working with his on-site team who were very professional and friendly too-- everything turned out as wonderful as I had hoped. We loved the catered hors d'oerves, and am so glad we did that! It was definitely worth the cost. We chose pigs in blankets, and apple pork mini tacos, which were just terrific. There were plenty to go around, and the servers were delightful and great at getting around to all the guests!. We received great feedback, on the menu, and guests loved the options of bone or boneless chicken breasts, brisket and ribs, and the sides of mac/ cheese and baked beans were a great hit! The team was also superb at clean up and wrapping up leftovers.The only thing that would have been the icing on the cake, would be to have had a posted menu available for guests to read as they approached the buffet.--that way guests could "see" what was available and decide on their choices before being served. I had seen that in some of the pictures, so was a little bummed that I hadn't made the time to do that myself. It would have made it easier for the catering team too, I think- but as i said they exceeded expectations! Thanks to Brad, and all of his team.
