Had my friend order an avalon green cold pressed juice for me and she came back with something else. Literally was 20% green smoothie and then the rest of it was watermelon juice. Had my friend go back and ask for a new drink but she came back saying they told her it was the correct one. This is what an avalon green cold pressed juice actually is and this is what I got, Im just confused as to how this mistake even happened tbh since it doesn’t even look right either. I usually let these things go but its not cheap so I’m annoyed, her food was cold and her drink was bad too

I am an often customer due to my love of playa bowls. Although, I’ve never experienced worse customer service. The girls that work there are rude, cut you off quickly and basically just make it seem like you’re annoying them for even being there. also a 30 minute wait when no one’s ever even in the building. The bowls are good, same with the smoothies but they need new staff who can at least just pretend that they are happy to be there.

This place needs some serious help.Entered into the unmarked doors, unsure if the place was even open, into a big empty, silent room with a cashier that seemed annoyed that we were there.Smoothies came out fast and were good, but the food took forever. They didn't have the utensils necessary to eat the food and they got one of our orders wrong, tried to give it back with the unwanted stuff scraped off, then we reluctantly asked for a refund and they didn't have any way on their register of giving it to us.Eventually figured it out after some trial-and-error. This second staff member was very friendly and apologetic.Then, when we got the receipt, we were charged $1 more than all the prices listed on the board.Lastly, the (non-smoothie) food wasn't very good.TL;DR: Good smoothies. Horrible everything else.

Top notch juice bar in the middle of West Chester. The menu has something for everyone. I enjoyed the Avalon smoothie and will be back soon! Spacious room with casual seating arrangement. Finding parking is a bit of a challenge in this part of town but the visit to Juice Pos is worth the trouble.
