This restaurant has beautifully presented food with clear, bright flavors. You won’t find lard-heavy refried beans or rice, as they’ve got flavorful tangy Cuban beans, amazing cilantro lime rice and clearly put time into marination and prep of their meats. My husband and I joined another couple for dinner last night. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice and our server was extremely attentive. The portions were big and the overall experience was very enjoyable. We were impressed and it was our first time dining there. We will definitely go back again.

The food was amazing. It is far more then your average Mexican restaurant. Much more unique flavors and reminds me of the great street taco shops of Southern California. Great vibes too! The owner and staff were extremely friendly, and still took the time to make our experience top notch. I am so thankful to have Fuego Eats in the community and will coming back for sure.
