I am still standing in the lobby as we speak. It has been 25 minutes. We ordered online and they told us 40 minutes, we then showed up 45 minutes later. So that 25....now 30 minutes of waiting. All we want is communication and there is none. We are not unrealistic to know it is busier certain times, hence showing up later than we were told. On top of the long wait, the hostess has been rude and unresponsive. I have not been rude to anyone in anyway, the most I have done is ask politely "can you please check how much longer it was going to be", to which the request was ignored. I could write a novel on how bad this experience has been..oh yeah and I am still standing in the lobby waiting

Always a great meal. Friendly and helpful staff, The sushi and sashimi is well presented. The hibachi chefs are personable and prepare the meals well.

Just walked out. Took my family for a night out and waited 20 minutes for our drinks. The waitresses never smiled and not sure if our food was ever put in. I'll take my $200 dinner somewhere else. Good Luck staying open.

I am absoutley disgusted with the service. I ordered food around 5:30pm and it never came. I had to call not only the store but the delivery people as well to track down my food just to find out I was never going to get it 3 hours later. By 8pm and I still had not recieved my food becuase they did not know where the food was and the deliever was not picking up the phone either. When placing another order because they would not send my food out again, they refused to give any of my next order of food for free or at a discount. They said the only thing they could do was give me a "free edadmame" which I dont eat. When asking for my extra fried rice for free which is about $4 they said they could not do that either. They are NOT accomdating at all and this has completely ruined my experience for this restaurant. Defintily DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are ordering for delivery, expect terrible service if you do.I ended up placing another order because I wanted my food and they never even made my food becuase I said "I didn't want my order through beyond menu." Which never happened. If I ordered it a second time then why wouldn't my food have been made. Therefore I have been waiting for my food for about 4 to 5 hours and none of it came. Absoutlry terrible service my the restuarent and their delivering company (Beyond Menu). Both are unprofessional, unaccomidating and never did bring my food. I am more than disgusted and annoyed. Terrible absoutley terrible on the restaurent and beyond menus part.

It is unfortunate that we were not even able to try your food. My family came in and waited for over 20 mins at our table. It was not busy in the regular seating as soon as you walk in. We didn't wait hibachi dining. There was 2 other family's eating when we sat down next to them. Waited waited and waited, looked at the menu had everything picked out. Not one server came and asked for drink orders or we will be right with you. Two other family's sat right cross from us not to long after we sat down and they had drink orders already being served. This place wasn't busy in your normal dining side. Finally we walked out with out even a word from your business. Total disappointment, but after reading reviews I see it's your staffing that needs to be reevaluated. It's not only costing your business money that could have been made but the reputation of your business.

Amazing restaurant and staff. The best hibachi food I have ever tasted.
This place is awesome! Their food is way better in quality/taste, quantity, and price over Lilly's / Gugu in Kennett Square. They have a HUGE sushi selection! Their restaurant is small comparatively but very nice with several hibachi tables for groups. The staff is super courteous. The ONLY reason service isn't a 5 star is because they are generally short staffed, which isn't entirely their fault, but can cause delays on to-go orders.Vegetarian options: Let them know what you want and they'll make itDietary restrictions: Let them know your restrictions and they will accommodate

Beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. The food is exquisite. Wide variety of selections on the menu, something for everyone. We had a delightful house salad with ginger dressing, clear broth mushroom soup has the umami. We ordered the Deluxe Sushi entree, pictured. Excellent experience.

A gem of a find! We're happy to have discovered this place after being without quality sushi and sashimi for the past year. We chose the deluxe sashimi platter and the Sakura bento box, and we were not disappointed. Definitely worth the price, delicious and so pretty! You've got to try the tempura ice cream, too. Service was excellent, everyone was very sweet. Next time we'll opt for hibachi. I caught a glimpse of the show from our table, and the chef had some impressive tricks up his sleeve. There is no doubt we'll be returning! Lovely restaurant!
