I just left there. Went there to get lunch and waited inside while they made it. Well, I should say thought they were making it. The service was OK. It was just a couple of teenagers, but they need to get real with the food they gave me. There was nobody in the drive-through, and there was only one other group of people in the dining room. They were already served in eating. So there was no excuse for them to give me cold burgers, and stale, cold french fries.

There is this really nice mixed girl who's always nice to us when we come in the morning and our food is always good we just love her would recommend you go in the morning to see her never disappoint

I stand behind my first review. I tried to give this store one more chance yet they lived down to my expectations. These kids who work here just can't pay enough attention to the customer to get an order correct. Once again a friend walking into the door took priority to the the customer.

Every time we order here they don't get it right. I ordered the honey BBQ chicken strip basket and I received regular chicken strips with 2 packets of BBQ sauce. I don't recommend. If u want dq, go to hermitage dq, not west Middlesex dq.

Bad service my food was cold the soda tasted like bleach water I went to complain and I don't know if I talk to the manager or the owner very disrespectful even one of the employees said they had problems with the soda machine and still wasn't fixed very nasty nasty nasty nasty to the customers I recommend no one goes there and I won't even take my dog there because I think more of him I hope I don't get food poisoning on my way home if I could give it a zero I would they kind of all ganged up on me no hair nets and it was just

food was absolutely disgusting! food was nasty and fountain drinks were nasty and tasted like cleaner and the staff said it's been like that for weeks and didn't give up anything to make up for it and the staff was absolutely awful and manager was absolutely rude and disagreed with us about the food. absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Ice cream cupcake was obviously refrozen- brownie part was old and hard and had to be thrown out. Misty Freeze was ok.
