Placed an order for delivery and they ‘accidentally’ put it under pickup. I called an hour after order was placed to see if it left the building yet and they laughed and said it’s been sitting there waiting for pickup. Food was ice cold when I went to pick k it up after it sat on the wire rack for over 30 minutes, hamburger was bright pink when I said 3x please make sure it’s well done. Their response was ‘all our burgers are well done and food is kept under a heating lamp’ Very unhappy and won’t order from there again
