“I have been going to Chen's for the past couple years and it has never once disappointed. I am not even vegitarian or vegan, but this is without question the best chinese food i have ever had. The flavoring along with the way the food is cooked is just next level.Kid-friendliness: The owner asks about my daughter every time i go in to pick up an order and is always so welcoming when we come in as a family.”

“They were Out Of Smash Burgers Again!!! My aged Mom had one once and each time we return they are out of them. It takes a lot to appeal to Mom's appetite. We hope to get there early enough next time. Excellent service by Bobby Jo and Cindy. Rueban sandwich was delicious again!!!”

“I was welcomed by an amazing woman with great customer service! At at a table and our food and drinks were brought right to the table in a timely manor. Pancakes are fluffy, Beacon has a great flavor, hash brown was crispy, and I got a large milk!10/10 highly recommend ???”

“I'm no stranger to cocktail bars, so this is right up my alley! They had awesome seasonal cocktails (and a good selection of beers), in addition to selling the alcohols they made drinks with (locally made!). I love a local feeling bar, and this really hit the spot. Servers were amazing and very knowledgeable, in addition to the place feeling very cozy and intimate--it may be hard to get seating on a busy night, FYI!Three of us got cocktails (all very balanced and super delicious), and one of us got a local beer. Honestly, I wish I had this near me! The cocktails are what you'd expect to pay at a cocktail place ($11-15), but they were all worth it! If you're ever in West Reading on the Avenue, you should really check out the Bar Cart! It's a must visit.”

“I love this place! my favorite is the pomegranate boosted tea but everything is great. I am also so impressed with how nice and friendly the owners are- always remember your name, favorite drink etc. They are so impressive and wonderful. Highly recommend Rise Up!!”

“The food is pretty good, not the best pizza you'll ever eat but definitely a great atmosphere and we always have great service. In terms of Italian, there are other places I'd go for a pasta dish or something related, but for Pizza there really aren't many options that are better along the Avenue - give it a try!”

“Beer and dogs - What a great paring!!! You can get decent beer anywhere, but where else can you get such a warm welcome with three dogs so happy to see you when you walk in the door. Love the greeting.”

“Nice small surprise. The decor is a mixture of rock and hand crafted sugar skull fun. Drinks only are avaliable, but outside food is welcome. Lots of local restaurants close by to choose from.”

“I've enjoyed this place, I think the management is doing a good job. There is some room to improve but that's with all places, really.The staff is super pleasant and the asthetic is trendy. Their whiskey menu is phenomenal and it's quickly become my go to spot for bourbon, and its nice to have the option to sit at the main bar or a smaller seperate bar viewing the whiskey. The food is tasty and feels creative, New American with some Asian influence. The wine list and cocktails are just okay, tough compentition in the area.I wish they had a website and an online menu that was up to date. It helps as a diner to be able to plan a meal, and I get excited when I see something new on the menu or a new bourbon to try. But overall, cool spot.”

“Love this place. Food is always amazing there whether you are in the motor club or in Nitro upstairs. When it comes to wanting to class up and dine in style the Motor Club is the place to be. We love sitting at the bar where the staff are so friendly and the drinks are made to perfection. The beer selection may be more limited than upstairs but I say get one of the signature cocktails or David’s (a regular at the bar) Margarita. You won’t regret it! Steak and frites are the go to for us but we have had the carpaccio which is fantastic and salmon which is good. Honestly, this pace is top 3 in the area when we don’t have our young one with us.”

“I loved my fruity crepe here, it was quite sweet! I went with a friend, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very small, but we sat inside, if you're outside it's less cramped. The fruit delight came with ice cream, which helped relieve some of the overly-rich elements of the Nutella in my crepe. It was quite affordable, and our total came out even, which was helpful. Would go again.”
