Ice cream was spectacular! The service was quick and the line was very short. The employees were very kind and told my family about the different flavors of ice cream when they asked. Overall the outside and inside was very clean. They also sell other items, which I tried another day. These were also very good! Will most definitely be coming back!

We love Graeter's. Their signature Raspberry Buckeye is amazing, and I highly recommend "Midnight Snack"! I love the seasonal options such as Blueberry Cobbler & the Apple Pie Sundae. Great ice cream & waffle cones. I wish they had more seasonal variety!

The best spot in Pittsburgh for high quality ice cream. Damn this spot blew me and my wife away. The tall guy working there is super friendly and chill. I'm a big coffee ice cream flavor lover. Me and my wife wanted dessert after lunch and we found this place. The guy working suggested 3 flavors and he mentioned the "Vienna coffee" flavor which sounded interesting. I went ahead and got coconut chip as well. Let me tell you... the Vienna coffee flavor is probably one of the best coffee flavors I've ever had, especially here in Pittsburgh. Mixed in with the coconut chip, it's so delicious. The ice cream tastes creamy and very smooth. I'm a fan favorite of Millie's homemade and Bruster's real ice cream but I firmly believe this place has them beat. My wife got mocha chocolate chip which I took a bite out of and that flavor was extremely amazing. She opted for the double chocolate dipped cone and that cone was absolutely delicious. Not many cones are like that. The spot is amazing. 10/10.

If you want high quality ice cream, go to Graeter's. Their ice cream is delicious. It may cost a little more but it is worth it. Several flavors to choose from. You can purchase pints to go. They also have sundaes and smoothies. Service has always been great.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ICE CREAM PLACES IN PITTSBURGH! The ice cream is so fresh, so flavorful, and it's so decadent. Its quality ice cream that you won't find elsewhere. There are also so many flavors and so many different options: root beer floats, sundaes etc! It is a little bit expensive but the quantity is huge! The workers inside were so nice! And there's a place to sit!

Just go ahead and take a second mortgage out on your home now because while expensive, this is literally the best ice cream in the world. If you're a chocolate-lover, you'll love the double-chocolate chunk ice cream which is loaded with giant pieces of divine chocolate goodness. The service is generally great. At this location, the associate making up your sundae is the determining factor on if they skimp on the hot fudge/toppings or administer liberally. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, clean restrooms (with changing table), a giant jug filled with ice water and cups as a courtesy and lots of dog treats, candies, cakes and ice cream accouterments available for purchase. This is the perfect place for all ages to satisfy a sweet tooth craving!
