I have come to this location many times before and always had a good experience. It’s been my family’s go-to for celebrations because we all like the menu and the service WAS impressive with large groups. However, our most recent experience was the exact opposite and the worst dining experience I ever had anywhere. This is my first experience at a restaurant where I was given a death stare for ordering a soda water and it’s my first experience at a restaurant where I was not asked what I would like to order to eat. I understand large groups are a pain. I also understand Friday nights are busy. Our waitress made it clear she was unhappy to have us. it took 45 minutes for me just to get a soda water that I had to ask for twice. My dad and my aunt were never asked if they were having anything to eat either. each time the waitress came in she ran out as fast as possible so we didn’t even have the opportunity to let her know we wanted to order something. I can understand slowness with an explanation and and apology but the rudeness, running away immediately, needing to ask multiple times for the checks (many of us got the message and were trying to leave) is what was most upsetting. The people at my table and I normally tip very well- 50%, especially when we are in large groups but we were so disappointed with the obvious distaste for our existence that we wished the check didn’t automatically have gratuity on it. I have never written a bad review but I’ve also just flat out never been served somewhere or felt so unwelcome. It’s a shame because our waitress missed out on an opportunity to make a lot of money which may have brightened her clearly unpleasant day. Perhaps the goal was the make sure my family doesn’t come back. If so, then job well done!

I have been to this location many times in the past but will not be coming back after my and my family's last visit yesterday. I was never asked if I wanted to order any food , had to stop our "server" to get each of my two drinks. After being there over two and a half hours being hungry and thirsty I had to wait for my check. I left cash just so I wouldn't have to wait any longer for my payment to be processed. I left and ate elsewhere. Easily the worst dining experience I've ever endured. I hope our "server" finds her true calling soon should not be working with the public.
