I went for dinner with my family my daughter was excited to try a different place. There was no hostess so we waited a while to be seated. Our server was very friendly. All of our food including our appetizer was cold when everything came out. The only thing that wasn’t cold was the chicken on my salad because it was made wrong and they knew it before it even came out. They remade it but it wasn’t out until everyone else at the table was done with their food. My daughter ordered the nachos. We didn’t realize they weren’t your typical nacho. They were more like a quesadilla. She didn’t like them. Drinks from the bar took a while to come out and my mother in law couldn’t eat her salad for like 10 minutes after it came out because everyone kept forgetting to bring her dressing and when it did come out she had to ask for another one because it came out in this tiny little cup. Definitely not enough for the entire salad. The price was higher then if we went to buckeye tavern one of our favorite places and buckeye is 10 times more nice and better.

Place was so disorganized. Food came out staggered and ice cold. Waitress was wonderful she tried her best, as did the rest of the staff left them a big tip. Last time ever for this place. You never expect much from chain restaurants but this one took the cake

Came here on a Sunday and was told 10-15 min wait. The text they sent through Yelp said we were 9th in line but would be more like a 45 minute wait. Luckily we were seated in 15/20 minutes time. Upon being seated, my BF noticed there was a dirty fork and lots of garbage underneath the table. The service was a little on the slow side and this was after the busier hours, for reference. I ordered the chicken crispers and the chicken was chewy and tough. The fries were decent and the Mac n' cheese tasted processed. My BF's food was cold too. I heard the waitress use profanity when waiting other tables.

Steeamed broccoli for my son didn’t seem cooked at all. Service was barely here if here at all. Had no refill on my drink because simply wasn’t asked. Had to flag down a waiter for help with a digital gift card. Food also took 45 min to come out. All and all not a great experience.

Waiter was very slow we waited so long for our food and had to yell several times to get our waiters attention he never came back to see if we needed anything or if our food was alright my sister had to send her burger back 3 times and it still wasn’t right so she didn’t eat, to long of a wait to get served and to get our food. We will never go back there again. Very poor service ??
