No carnitas and no al pastor. Multiple fountain drinks needed their syrup changed. Trash cans were overflowing to the point they were falling on the floor. Tables were being cleaned but food was being wiped onto the floor and not swept up.

So I came here with my family. The place was absolutely dirty and disgusting. The trash was completely overflowing. Trash on the floor, tables dirty, wet spots on floor like if someone spilled some of their drink. Everywhere you looked it was dirty. Will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone to go here unless they want possibly food poisoning. Also the staff looked miserable.

Bad bad service rude cashier. after she messed up my order. Cashier left me standing there when I questioned $3 extra charge for guacamole that she didn’t tell me about prior.Josh came and he tried to cheat me out of my order. A few peace’s of meat on top of a scoop of rice. Josh is not a good manager as well when I tried to tell him about the cashier his expression was like whatever… never again.Go there at your own risk.

I went to chipotle for the first time the lady that got my order was very rude and made me feel bad for asking for more items in my bowl. When she rang me up seconds after scooping all my food asked me what I ordered. The food was not good at all I asked for double steak and they said they didn’t have double steak not sure how I’m not able to get double if I am paying extra. I will never go back to another chipotle again qboda has way better food and service!

Was just in there about few minutes ago with my family and the service by the new worker I think she was it was awful first of all I am a guy born one and she called me a girl very disrespectful and she did my order wrong and and the nerve to laugh and make a seen after I told her the order was fine and I would take it even tho it’s not what I asked this is close to my home this restaurant has got to do better

Awful. Waited 15 mins for someone to come work on the line, while countless other employees walked by doing other tasks. Then they told me they don’t make quesadillas on the line and I would have to mobile order that. I walked out and went to different location. Horrible customer service.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I was here twice, both times the lady refused to give me more rice when requested. You could see the bottom of the bowl yet and I simply wanted a normal amount of rice, not extra. She said I needed to pay for it if she gave me any more rice. It is little things like this that make a customer never want to come back to your franchise ever again. Why am I arguing over a spoonful more of rice?
