This is the worst Dunkin by far. Dunkin coffee is always inconsistent but no matter how much sugar I ask for in my coffee it still taste like water. My bagel bites are always cold or frozen. They are rude on top of it. Everytime I go I am getting dirty looks & bad coffee.

This is my local Dunkin in which I come to every morning since I moved into center city. Usually when I come the customer service isn't the most pleasant but today was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered my coffeethriigh the drive through and when I asked her to scan the bar code on my phone she rolled her eyes and did an aggravated sigh as if it were asking for too much. I always scan my bar code to collect points since I am a loyal customer and shop Dunkin daily! I asked her if there was a problem and she rudely slammed the drive through windows in my face and kept my coffee, after I had already paid for it. I couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving as I enjoy my Dunkin run every morning and look forward to regardless of how miserable the employees are at this location but today was the worst.. I went inside to get her name to speak to the manager and they all refused to provide me with help, instead she called the police and banned me from the location for absolutely no reason. I'm highly disgusted at this store and will get in contact with management after today's poor service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN

I order a sourdough breakfast sandwich and there was 1 PCs of bacon on it and the 2 main donuts I wanted they didn't have. And they are popular ones. It was 10:30 in the morning. You shouldn't be out of Blueberry, PB and J that early.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the afternoon. The coffee is always disgusting. My order is never right and I always takes me at least 1015 minutes in the drive-through. The kids that are working there need to be trained properly.
After sitting in line for 15 min. I said HELLO and someone asked if I was being waited on, then another 10 min in line . And they screwed up our order twice. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and got 1 on a sesame bagel , went back for the other bagel and to let them know it was supposed to be plain bagels, and they gave us another sesame bagel and one with cream cheese! Can’t these ppl read an order? I think they need a bit more training ?♀️

When I went there this DD was drive-thru exclusively. Pretty dumb, but once that was it of the way experience was fine. Service was quicker than expected given the line and I got what I ordered.

I usually go to this location, but just recently has the service been downgraded significantly. Employees are getting orders wrong, forgetting orders, and joking around, one didn't even know next year was '24.I had to remind them what I ordered only then did they deliver, after 20 minutes of waiting.

Terrible costumer service ordered first time ordered a to go order had someone else just go pick it up at this place got my whole order incorrect person even told the employees that items were missing but employees shrugged it off took 3 whole weeks to get back to me later accuse me of receiving points instead of giving me a refund manger is very unprofessional and quick to blame They screw up your entire order and it’s left on you to deal with it no accountability and get only 1/10 of what you paid for This place is a bad look for Dunkin if anything STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!! from this place go to Starbucks or Wawa instead of this mess.
