Called as we were driving over gave our name & number..when we arrived checked in..waited & waited..I questioned where we were in line..was told next...at least 6 more people got called again before us ...went up again..manager asked for our name & number again told her we already checked in..was told they'll call us shortly...no apologies..just attitude...15 minutes later our table was ready...STILL NEVER GOT THE TEXT!! Ordered surf and turf and the lobster was rawThey made me a good one to finish off my meal. And took the dinner off the bill.Parking: Parking lot behind building...which is now overflowing into another business parking lot.. something needs to be done to expand!

I was taken here for my Birthday on Friday March 8, I have been here on ocasións, but this time was different, my steak was not cooked how I ordered it. I told my server who proceeded to ask if I wanted it to go back, to which I replied everyone will be done eating by the time I get it back, she was very understandable and professional unlike her manager, she said she would let her manager know, once he came to the table it seemed he was more bothered by the fact that he took it off the tab, than the steak was cooked properly, my family mentioned it was my birthday and that I'm a veteran which i dont expectanythingin return, and he could care less about that. After this rude experience by this manager I choose to have my birthday celebrated at Texas.

I am typically not this type of person and we frequent here often. I will say, this experience today was horrendous. The wait staff was rude and not attentive. The food took over 2 hours and to be honest, it was not very busy as it’s a Monday night. Also, our food came out freezing cold. Ordered a steak salad and got 3 strips of cold steak. We were very unsatisfied. We hope they are able to fix all these things as it could really ruin their restaurant.
