My family and I decided to try this spot out after we were told it was over an hour wait to go to the Cheesecake Factory. We were able to be seated right away, service was nice but it looked like there was only one waitress. The atomosphere is nice and they even have outdoor seating but it was a little too cold for us to sit outside. My husband ordered the IPA Wally Wilson and said it was okay, but he wouldn't get again. I ordered the red sangria, I definitely wouldn't recommend that, it tasted like box wine over ice and that's it. As for our pizzas, they were amazing! We got margarita pizzas and the PBC pizza. Thet were a hit, even with our kids. If you go for the pizza I would recommend!

Loved coming here when I visited PA! Josie was my server and absolutely incredible--so warm, professional, and accommodating; I have a ton of food sensitivities, and she and the kitchen made it easy to find something I could eat while making all the necessary substitutions/omissions so I didn't have to worry about possible reactions! The salad they put together for me was very fresh and fun to eat! The space is clean and the ambiance feels open and inviting. I look forward to stopping in again when I'm back in town, hopefully with fewer food sensitivities so I can try so many things on the menu that looked great!

So glad I walked in. Someone knows how to sustain a craft brew pub. This is the right formula. Come to my town. Greeted with sample thimble cups to find my choice and even at my preferred temperature which is unheard of. I landed a cellar temperature oak barrelled double IPA and emptied the keg. Nachos came with 3 salsa dips the most delicious being with pineapple. Hospitality can't be beat. I'm demanding and odd in my preferences, finding IPAs at cellar temperature are most aromatic, flavorful and beautiful of cast. I never intended more than a tasting but after being snowed with service, taste, quality, I ordered a pizza. I don't want to go home. My Margherita pizza arrived with free extra fresh basil and a smile from my server. My only suggestion to pull more people in would be to add Run Wild non-alcoholic IPA and a non-alcoholic Champagne. The menu is short but but you'll find something and likely find it exceeds your expectations.

Very nice place! The food was really good. We did not eat the pizza, but it smelled and looked amazing. We had good service and it was a clean place. I am giving it 4/5 stars because the members of our group said the beers were mediocre and I also felt like that about my cocktail.

I was really looking forward to eating here since I use to visit the original PBC all the time when I lived up there. The pizza was very good even though overpriced. The rest of our experience was a hot mess. The soda was flat, not uncommon at restaurants but still disappointing. But so was the beer! We were there for an hour and it took 40 minutes to get our pizza. So 2 stars, one for the pizza and one for the server. She was very nice.

It's the manager that makes this place freaking horrible. She is rude & plainly speaking just unkind. I can't believe she works in the hospitality business. The pizza is good & the seltzers are fantastic but I hate going here just bc of her. Fire her, already.

So in complete honesty, I wasn't even looking for a brewery. I was 2 doors down getting a complimentary facial and the smell of pizza caught my nose. So I followed my nose to this place and boy was I happy I did. I didn't try any of the beers but I tried all of the ciders (cans only). They were awesome so I even to some home to share. Like 16 for a 4 pack but you can mix and match. The pizza was brick oven and very crispy just the way I like it. Pepperoni and margarita all day. The place was so cool and they had live music( it was on a sat). The bartender was so friendly and attentive even though I told her I was only there for a quick drink. I will definitely be bringing the wife back to this place. Ps they all had sports and the office playing on the tvs lol

We will for sure be back because the pizza smelled AMAZING but we had just eaten somewhere else (unfortunately) they have a great menu, with something for everyone, and a ton of beer of course. I've always gone to the original but I'm glad there is one close by ??

My husband was out on an adventure to find good pizza and stumbled on Pocono brewery and now all he does is talk about this place lol. The service was good and employees were friendly . They let him sample beer until he found the one he like. thank you for being so patient lol we all know how hard it is to find a really good beer. The ambiance was good clean and relaxing . The pizza was delicious he is still thinking about it till this day lol looking for another day to go back .
