This Salad works is HORRIBLE. I was just there 2 people working. I am the only customer in the store and ask for a soup. The one lady by the salad tells me down that way. Ten minutes later I am still waiting to be served. The lady by the salad had a customer that had not decided what she wanted. I asked her I've been waiting a while can you grab the soup. She refused. She said she doesn't serve soups. The other lady went to the back never saw her the whole time I was there. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS SALAD WORKS AGAIN OR ANY OTHER FOR THAT MATTER. Pizza Hut got my business immediately after GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GOT A GREAT TIP TOO. Salad works (THE EMPLOYEES THAT DON'T WORK).... SALAD WIRKS DO BETTER! Kudos to Pizza Hut for their PHENOMENAL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bravo.

Not happy at all. The window for the food was so foggy I couldn’t see anything. The salads are a lot smaller now but same price. The spring mix had brown old soggy pieces. They don’t have wheat bread apparently either. Just overall disappointing experience. If this is the case, the salads should be cheaper. Low quality.

Went in for 2 sophi salads and the raspberry dressing was carelessly added to the point the salad was not enjoyable at all.kind of messed up cause I went back and said I wanted to tip more for gratuity just to get home and not enjoy it cause it had four times too much dressing. Unfair.

When I walked in, there was one person in front of me and three people behind the counter. I had to literally call at the girl who was right in front of me to help me. Her name is Elisa.I was Charged $12 + $3 so $15!!! for a chicken wrap because I misunderstood Elisa. I asked for bbq crispy chicken wrap and she started to put in the ingredients. Then I said no, I would like to build my own. She put it together and then I find there is no chicken, so I went back. She was shocked that I wanted chicken but why would I even mention the chicken unless that was what I wanted! Just to note she did recall me mentioning the chicken but refused to agree that it was clearly what I was asking for in the wrap.The whole time she laughed at me, made me wait while two other people paid for their meals even though I had already waited plenty of time for my sandwich originally. She only tried to apologize after I made it a point to get her name so that I could write this review .The sandwich she “re-made” was not re-made and the chicken was not placed inside the wrap but in the middle. See image of no chicken inside once I took like two bites.Was honestly not going to post but to see that she made me wait, charged me extra $3 and did not even wrap the chicken into the sandwich is just terrible service.Just avoid.Also just read the other reviews

I love coming here and I always get the same thing, it includes bacon and it used to be very good bacon but recently it's become very very hard, like almost like a rock and I broke a tooth biting into it to an unexpected rock like piece of bacon, whatever you did wrong, you guys need to fix it lol
It's kind of pricey but it's worth it. I treat myself at least once a week after.

I can not believe I was charged for a side of tortilla chips when I ordered a chicken tortilla soup...go figure! I was also charged $2.50 for an egg when I requested no cheese due to being lactose intolerant; seems to me it should have been an even swap. Bread I had to request was hard, so disappointing.

I ordered a Tivoli salad has pasta got home no egg no pasta. Called they said I could bring back. One it's 95 degrees two I had to go to work. So then they will give me free topping 20 dollars and it's in the fridge. Horrible she gave me well a gave you a discount line . Yeah for wrong salad
