I told the lady I wanted the order #33 the teryaki blitz from the menu. I had asked what they meant by teriyaki if it was just a sauce or actual chicken and she aaid chicken. She then said it was chicken. Then I noticed there was no steak but it should've included it. She said she couldn't do anything about it becauze she already added the chicken and she didn't know I wanted the steak. She had an attitude and was scolding me for not saying anythimg before. I though it was very rude pf her since the entire time I was polite and did not see a reason for her to treat a customer this way. I even explained to her how the subway wasn't for me and I'm just trying to get the right order for somwone I care about my mom on Valentine's day.

I do not like going to this one but I was at pet shop next door a figured I would give a second chance. First time I went here, they were out of several breads. Tried again today and my daughter gets roast beef cheese and lettuce... very simple. I asked for double meat and cheese and was given 1 extra slice of meat and one extra half slice of provalone. A foot long with a total of 4 slices of roast beef was considered double meat. Made it a meal and it came out to $17. Double means twice the amount and i was given 1 slice extra. Never going to this location again. Other locations are much better and better customer service.
