Personally I think this was the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. If i could give it 0 stars I would!1. The mexican pizza was in crumbles, soggy and had no red sauce.2. They put beef in my VEGETARIAN chalupa supreme.3. My hard shell taco a quarter size amount of filling, and was cracked in half and stale4. They forgot my drink5. They forgot sauce in my bean burrito6. The tables were absolutely dirty, thankfully someone cleaned it up after we asked7. The workers were not busy at all, however I stood for 5 minutes at the register for them to even acknowledge I was thereWhat is worse about this whole experience than was that they weren’t busy at all…. I understand it can be hectic.. but half the order being made completely wrong is too much.

I have never seen so much garbage outside in the parking lot...even right at the front entrance....cups, food, napkins, trash. It almost made me not want to go in. Food was ok. Service? well they did give me guacamole on the side, when I asked, that was supposed to be on my nachos in the first place. But I needed a fork and they had none out and even after I told them, I never got one and they were not put out. I almost told them about all the trash outside, because the dining room was pretty clean. Although my husband said the men's bathroom was dirty. Perhaps my expectations were to high!

I live 5 minutes from here and ordered a chicken quesadilla meal. The chicken quesdilla was cold, cheese wasn't even melted and was sliced all around not even into triangles so I had to cut it myself while drag marks from the person who tried to cut it were through in all kinds of directions. The drink was so watered down and packed with ice to the brim, I got the brisk mango and it tasted like water. I didn't even bother with the taco.
Ordered food through the mobile app, waited in line 15 min for some idiot who doesn’t know how drive thrus worked then finally got to the windows to be told my order wasn’t ready. Ordered 30 min ago and the food still not ready.
