Our family had a funeral reception at Bettelli's Villa and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Jessica, the owner, opened early on a Saturday to accommodate the hours we needed. She was also very flexible with the food offerings and provided items that weren't on their menu. All of our guests commended how nice everything was setup and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We'd like to thank them all for making our get together a joyful memory.

Don’t recommend coming here hungry. I’ve been sitting here with my family. It took 1.5 hours for us to even just get bread. Arrived at 5:30 and appetizers and salad arrived at 7:31 pm. Don’t come here hungry. You will be so hangry and frustrated. Skip this place and pick somewhere else!! I didn’t rate the food because after 2 hours of being here, I have no idea what the food tastes like!

What a horrible experience with a take out order. The customer service absolutely ruined a restaurant we have always enjoyed. The “manager” was so incredibly rude in her handling of a mistake she had made and continued to argue with me when I called. A simple “I apologize we will remake the dish” and I would not be writing this. She forgot something, told me it was now their “dinner rush”, attempted to charge me more, and was incredibly rude. I had to go all the way back to the restaurant, wasted so much time and on top of everything the food was just not good. The garlic bread was actually made with a small hoagie roll! For a high end establishment serving homemade pasta that is unacceptable. There are plenty of other great Italian restaurants in the area that appreciate their customers. Will not be returning!

The place is run down, the booth seats were patched with duck tape and both my husband and I got glue residue on our clothing. The service is slow at its best. The only person there is a lady that is not only very slow, but kind of crabby. The pizza was ok and the pasta was not good. It was chewy and bland. We were wondering how come we never ate there before... is we know why will won't. It's a shame because the building has an interesting design, needs a remodel and better food and service.

While I didn't have time to visit Old Forge itself, Wilkes-Barre was the next best thing and along the way, so I stopped here to try this unique style of pizza. I called in my order 15 minutes in advance and it was ready not long after my arrival. The pizza is hearty and tasty, and offers variety for someone used to eating New York-style pizza.

Food was great and service was good. The restaurant needs some updating, and tables should be set a bit quicker. I.e. there was still a Windex bottle on one of the tables when we were there, but food was excellent and well priced.

Great food and pizza. Wait times for food are absolutely crazy. I have seen people walk out. Went for my Birthday, everything was delicious as usual. I’m giving it three stars because you should not have to wait two hours for pizza. For that matter, you shouldn’t have to wait two hours for any food.. If it was faster, 4 stars easy!
