Went in the drive through for dinner the other night and ordered 2 combo meals, a plain burger, a classic chicken wrap and a Buffalo chicken wrap.When we were handed only one soda we questioned why there was only one and we were told we didn’t order the combo meal. We ordered just the burger. So we said it’s fine as long as the burger was there.Get the food home and we have one combo burger, 2 fries, and 2 chicken wraps one of which was wrong. We were in fact charged for the second meal and only got the fries for the meal and the plain burger was missing.We called because we didn’t have time to go back to complain in person. Manager said she’d mark it down and we could come back for the rest of our food today.We get there and she never noted it down. The kid at the counter who seemed to be doing the work of everyone had to call her to confirm that we were owed food.Finally got our missing food minus the drink which at this point we weren’t going to press for since the employee was busy.I don’t understand how an establishment can mess up over half an order. Will not be back to this location because this is the second or third time now they’ve messed up our orders but usually we catch them.

Today November 28th 2023 at approximately 8:30 a.m. I ordered a number eight for breakfast which is the double croissant with sausage and bacon medium meal and when it was served to be through the drive-thru it was ice cold. I said something to the people at the window and I was basically degraded because they make no mistakes. These people that work here at the Burger King are very inappropriate, unprofessional, and degrading towards customers. Food is always either extremely greasy ice cold or just plain disgusting. Worst experience ever at a Burger King I've had so far. Now you cook Burger King it looks like a five-star restaurant compared to this and that is surely a messed up place!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs have a sidewalk that has no bumps in it that they can get right into the door and handicap parking is right outside the door

Rude and ignorant we order breakfast two junior bacon burritos and 2 sausage croissants we get home the bacon on the burritos wasn't cooked all the way we were missing one of the croissants the one we did have the meat was burnt and the croissants was as well we tried to call 3 times and they keep hanging up the manager that helped us gave us a blank stare look and then the person who was fixing the order had to keep asking her what was on what they need to be retrained in customer service as well as going through the basics again completely unprofessional we will never be coming back to this burger King

Ordered a ghost pepper whopper, 8 pc nuggets, a large onion ring and TWO DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. I received nuggets, a whopper, and TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHICKEN SANDWHICHES IN WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER NOR WANT. Didn't get my double cheeseburgers. Obviously I'm not going back, I don't live close and would have to get an Uber again.It's just ridiculous how ✨incompetent ✨ these people are. They NEVER get an order even close to correct. They literally hire people who are less intelligent than a gold fish.I'd rather go to Nanticoke and that says a lot considering it's, well, Nanticoke and even more $ for an Uber.
