Really disappointed. Second time I've stopped by since it's opened. Got lunch today. My fries were cold. I didn't receive my sauces with my chicken. And even the receipt says u were giving me 3 ketchup. Which would've at least covered the lack of sauce. But you gave me two. Why is it so hard for anyone to be competent.

Its the worst here the managers are rude need new management i feel this is a unhealthy chick fil a and im gonna put a complain in the the food industry very unproper you can hear the machine saying the chicken expired but hey what do ik right just wont be going here nomore as a collage student the fries are cold the lady named crystal very very rude at the register and act like she couldnt hear me

Always out of things like lemonade or mac and cheese when that’s pretty much the whole point ofchicfila.The number is for kings so you can’t even call and ask if this location is open, since it usually pretty much always isn’t :/I love Chic-Fil-a and the Wilkes Barre’s mall-area location is great, but this downtown one can use some work for the corparation. Lots of ppl don’t live near the other location and would be able to come here easier if it was just open.The workers are always kind and nice .
