The inside was dirty.They were out of chicken al pastor and regular chicken.The staff was rude and clearly wanted to be anywhere other than serving customers.Shut this location down, it wrecks the Chipotle brand.

Placed an online pickup order was supposed to be ready at 6:20. Didn't receive my order till 6:38. Came into a long line of customers in the regular line of folks who didn't online order. I watched customers at the end of that line get their food pay and leave. What a damn joke.

Food poisoning. Be careful. Been eating here for years and I’ve noticed a decline in quality over time. Today I went and got a burrito for lunch and within a few hours I was vomiting nonstop. This requires immediate attention, as I have learned others have had a similar situation recently.

The restaraunt was as dirty as can be. The employees were completely rude because they had to work their job and be busy. I ordered a pick up at 7:40 to be ready at 8. I got there i saw on their screen my order was there but said was 3 ahead of me cause I asked. I didn’t get my food til 8:30 why say it will be ready at 8. I could of went and didn’t it thru the regular line faster than a pick up

We went to Chipotle on Monday, February 4th. Having been there last year and the place was filthy, we decided to try one more time . Well, I can tell you that the tradition continues. The place was absolutely filthy. Every table had left over food on it. There was food on the floor. We asked one of the workers to please wash off 1 of the table so we could sit down when we came back. It was just as dirty as when we left. In between, we went to the food station. Where the food was dried out there there were no vegetables and no beans. How do you have a Mexican restaurant without beans? The folks at work? The line should be noticing when their food supply is low and should have it replaced. They wanted to give us what was at the bottom of the container that was dried out and old. And then told us it would be 3 to 5 minutes before they could cook some more and put aside. What we had already ordered to sit and get cold while everybody else ordered. Ahead of us and behind us. OK, so we go over to where the knives and forks are. There were 4 napkin holders, not one of them had napkins in them. Apparently there is no manager there or nobody ever went to cooking school. After waiting for 5 minutes we decided we were going to leave and go to the one up in scranton. Without exaggeration, the places disgusting.On the cleanliness factor alone, they should be shut down. It was absolutely filthy and I'm not exaggerating. I would never eat there again or go there again. Spare yourself the trip. It was horrible and we did not stay to eatnow fast forward to the one up in Scranton on montage you walk in. The floors are so clean you can eat off of them. The tables are clean. The people are very polite and professional. The food was fresh and delicious. If you want good food, go to that one. The store in Wilkes Barre really should be shut down. Have a deep cleaning doneand then hire completely new staff. This is the most fair review I could give without being really nasty.??

This particular franchise location is filthy. Staff were not wearing hair nets, or gloves. Upon payment, a customer approaches the register to complain they found hair in her food prompting me in leaving and not eating lunch for the day due to the utter disgust I endured. Haven’t we learned anything about cleanliness especially due to COVID ? I will be reporting to this to Pa Dept of agriculture they definitely need it.

Came to this chipotle for some dinner end up not taking the order at the end. A joke because if l’m paying for something l’ll expect to get a fair amount. Chipotle needs to double check its portion control situation because the employee's attitude plus the little bit food overly prices are crazy. I guess Moe’s is going to become my go-to.

The slowest inefficient unsupervised service people I have ever met. Backup lines due to unfilled containers of food. Dirty countertops. People standing around don't know what they have to do. Waited 35 minutes to get food because they didn't have enough. Someone should tell him if they're low on product make more don't wait till it's completely empty one after the other no brown rice no chicken run out of beans. People move like snails God forbid they should Hustle but I guess they rather have long lines. I hope the managers get this message. I'm talking about Saturday January 13th evening.

No sour cream, no guacamole, employee stated we could not have sour cream or guac off the to go side because "those customers would get madder than we would!". kitchen counters filthy had to wait for Rice to be done and made, filthy dining room area. Every table was dirty and the floors look unswept for the whole day. no beverages, garbage over flowing and spilling onto the floor in all cans. Major cross contamination issues with chicken and steak in the cutting area. Rotation of product was disgusting. The employee literally itches his head with his gloved hand and then scooped out lettuce and cheese into a new pan over top the old product. Manager onsite was checking temps and when done didn't clean the probe and put it back on the shelf. I'll be going to Moe's
