Is ok if your kids are between 1&3 due to it size and limited space and gaming machines...the pros of this place is that you will have a short trip if you wish..and if you need to deal with the daily life needs next to it is a wine store as well a walmart and much more ..is not bad also is not good but to make a short trip overall ans keep moving is ok ..i didnt try the food cant tell but everyone seen to enjoy with no complains...(Dont take my word for it )it was what i saw...also restroom look fairly clean with no bad odor at all. Just a ok place not bad not good just ok

Haven't been to the Wilkes Barre Chuck E. Cheese for almost a year. Decided to take the kids and was amazed with the new style and all the up grades that were done. They took out all the old structures and opened up the whole place, and added more machines. The pizza was really good and the service was quick. The whole family enjoyed ourselves. The only thing that hit me hard was the prices because they don't have coupons anymore. They just have daily events and add-ons.Overall, I really like the place and all the improvements. Will definitely take the kids back because they really enjoyed themselves.Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar

I went on a busy day so there were a lot of children running around which is to be expected. The pizza is tiny and cardboard thin and you have to get it yourself when your pager buzzes.

This place is always a mess just because of kids. Service is good and usually fairly clean.

It lacks more attractions. It still has more space for more games.

The location is perfect, up to date decor, and the parking lot is easily accessible! Unfortunately, the location suffers from terrible workers and management. It is run by literal children (teenagers), but that's to be expected with such low wages. I visited to take my son, wife, and I to enjoy our Saturday night. We were met with cold pizza and overpriced wings. The cost for play, pizza, wings, and drinks were easily $100. Additionally, I've at times had diarrhea and felt like vomiting when leaving after eating from this location. I don't mind the cost, but the little food, its taste/appearance, and the possibility of getting sick is not worth the price. The workers are very aggressive, but only one shorter girl at the ticket counter was a ray of sunshine and is excused from this rating. Lastly, I have to state that one worker in particular (taller male with an afro) wreaks of body oder and needs to wear a belt because he loves exposing his derrière. I'd suggest spending your money on fast food and playing video games at home until they can fix these issues.

Waited 45 min to get my kids' prizes. Workers coming out of the kitchen smelled of horrid body odor. My kids had fun, but we definitely did not eat there.

Waited over 35 mins in like just to redeem my sons points on his card . My food buzzer buzzed and my pizza was already cold , the staff works with zero sense of urgency, where is the manager? Who manages this place ? Also girl doing in the pack is literally putting her long beautiful hair in a bun while touching pizza .This place knows how to get yourMoney , gets you in but after that your not getting your prizes , your service sucks i will travel to Dickson city . Unbelievable I paid 81.03 and had a zero dollar experience.
