The older woman behind the counter was rude and ignorant. Very unprofessional. I think she was the manager. I wonder if she treats her employees as bad as her customers???

Great managers great employees!!! Always kind and fast to take your order I definitely recommend stopping off at cinnabon when your at the mall you won't regret it food and drinks are great employees are fantastic!

I ordered a coffee and a cinnamon bun. The woman at the counter gave me the coffee and then went back to work. I stood and waited for cinnamon bun while three people behind the counter ignored me. The young woman who rang me up turned to her male coworker and said"This guys just been standing here and it's creepy me out!" I could not believe the audacity! To be treated like a creep because of their poor service. He angrily asked me what I needed help with and I told him I want the cinnamon bun I ordered ten minutes ago. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from all the people working there.

Paid $5.00 for a hot chocolate when I also paid for cinnamin donut holes but did not get them. I don't have time for these kids at the counter to be fair.
One of the best Cinnabon location. Service was great and I did notice the manager help there. She was very good with her employees and people.

This is the 5th time I have come here to try to buy a cinnabon. They are either always late opening or they are open but the buns are not ready for another 15 minutes. Why not start the buns according to when you know you should be open? Maybe one day I will actually be able to purchase a cinnabon....when I move to another area that can sell me one.

5 stars for the young gal that gave us our order. She was polite and informative.Cinnabon is commercialized, over sweet, and rather expensive. But it's a treat we get rarely. Of course they're good. It was just nice to have good customer service.

I will NEVER get tired of the SOOO delicious treats from Cinnabon!!! My only disappointment is now I'm a diabetic so I have to to sadly limit how much I can eat there. But fortunately for me they have a smaller version of their iconic big cinnamon roll that allows me to still have my favorite treats while my daughter gets to devour the big one!?
