It can be very busy in the morning but sometimes not besides that the crew is awesome shout out to peanut she's great and the new management team is great as well five stars from me
Never enough staff. The staff they have doesn't listen to order correctly. Got medium cup as replacement for large but still charged the same amount and she didn't add my 2 donuts.

The only worker in the store this morning was the manager, he was slammed. He did his very best to get customers out the door. Unfortunately, many had left to catch the bus for work. I stood in line for 20 minutes for a coffee. Not the normal for this Dunkin, usually your in a out in a jiffy. I'm sure they'll be on track tomorrow.
