I have been to this Grotto location several times, and the food is always good. This past Friday there was live music and we sat at the bar, which is decorated with old photos and magazine pages, which was kind of cool. I got extra cheese pizza which was like, enough cheese for three pizzas. We also got cheese fries which were really crispy and good. They used the correct glass for my blue moon, which is worth noting.

Solid bathroom experience, not the cheap stuff, soap smells great, the perfect paper towels to dry my hands non of that push the button and air comes out kinda stuff, overall great. Food was pretty good.

I ordered the chicken tenders and asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries. They were out of mashed potatoes no biggie I asked for just the tenders no fries, Cook decided to add fries just in case. I hate when people make decisions for me, fries are going to my dog. Server was nice and polite. Chicken tenders were good.

Pizza taste and flavor not like it used to be. Ordered a large plain pie tasted like nothing ., barely any cheese empty spots on pizza missing sauce. Also picked up a medium pie with extra cheese. Lots of cheese all over the box. No flavor or taste to it. Used to be much better. My last visit to Grottos.
We frequent Grottos in Delaware and have never had any issues. This particular Grottos was awful. We waited 5 plus minutes to even get a hostess to seat us, another 10 plus for waitress to even say hello and then she just zoomed past. The pizza was good but it well over an hour from walking in to getting pizza. The restaurant was not that crowded either. Just avoid this restaurant.

I was so thrilled to come here! The waiter at the front was so sweet! We sat down to eat and the rudest waiter came. She refused to serve 14 year olds cups without caps. She seemed to be in such a rush and was fairly rude. I have to say the food was fairly good but the service was horrible, every other waiter seemed very nice! The atmosphere was so nice! I think I had a bad experience with the waiters. The drinks also tasted fairly weird, maybe its the machine? Overall not too good, I would recommend Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill!

Had the Sicilian pizza, Margarita pizza, wings, and wing dip appThe wing dip was just okay, nothing really special the dough bits were undercooked and raw in the middle. The wings were okay nothing really special, I enjoyed the Sicilian pizza the tomatoes had nice flavor and the cheese was good but like I stated the pizza was rushed. Should have baked for 5 more min. The margarita pizza was okay nothing remarkable. The beer was cold and the Staff was nice.
