Lispi's Cocktail Lounge is tucked underneath D's Diner. The bar IS smoking however I've never had a bad time due to the smoke, it's pretty scarce. The drinks are good, they have a few beers on tap and they can make pretty any drink you'd like. I'd say that they are pretty average in their pricing, maybe slightly towards the pricey side if it's a mixed drink. The downstairs bathrooms (like the bar bathrooms) are tiny. How fun is this place!!! After leaving the Casino, what a perfect moment to grab one more drink before heading upstairs to have some late night munchies!! And super cheap!! We are visiting from Dallas and $14 for 3 titos and soda with 1 beer is AMAZING!!!!! That would have been at LEAST $30-$40 back home! Great find!

It's got a late 70s early 80s vibe. The red lights remind me of a gentlemen's club of the 50-60s. Drinks are okay. Prices for said drinks are rather low at about $3.50 each.
