I am always wary of the 2 lane set up at the drive thru, and whether it can be intelligently managed. Today at 11 AM, it was not. Pulled up to one of the speakers, sat there a bit, no one else in sight, eventually someone comes on the speaker and says "Be with you in a minute". A car comes through the other lane, their order gets taken, they pull through. Second car, same. Someone comes on our speaker again, says, "Be with you in a minute". Oh, you will? Great! Third car comes through the other lane, I heard them giving their order, so we pulled away. Perhaps they can get that figured out someday, but today, they were useless.

I just moved back to the area after being away for a few years. Man did this McDonald's change and not for the best. When this location opened it had a 60s vibe with the decore. Now it's a boring cookie cutter McDonald's. Also no soda dispenser or condiments in the dinning room. My order was brought to my table and how they didn't think to put ketchup on my tray is beyond me. What psycho eats McDonald's fries without ketchup or another condiment? The food is what you get at every other McDonald's though my burger was a bit over done.

They raised the price of soda again. Now 1.39. I stopped inside to order since the drive thru was backed up. Could they have increased the seller mixture in their soda (coke zero)?

Been sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins so far.. People are leaving the line before paying. There are spots to pull into to wait for your food, but the employees are not telling anyone to pull up. Wish I hadn't already paid. Going to be late for an appointment.

Went to the drive-thru, just wanted a large fry and a Shamrock shake, the woman working rudely said "we don't have Shamrock shakes". I'm guessing she just didn't want to make one at 7 pm. Sounded like she didn't want to be there. Don't bother with this McDonald's they are all out of customer service. I'd give it zero stars but google makes me give at least one star.

This is by far the slowest drive thru service i have ever seen. We stopped coming here prior to the fire because of how slow it was and i can see nothing has changed. There is nothing fast about this food. We were the 3rd car and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. They were not busy inside either.Won't ever be back to this location.
