Moe ‘s food & portions are GREAT !!! But there “to go” plastic things can’t be opened easily OR at all! Please fix.

I love this Moe's. Most of the ones I been to kind of sucks. They actually closed the one by me up in NY. Anyways I love this one. Was greeted by an employee who was very optimistic and happy. The other employees were awesome as well. The food was great, got a burrito with extra beef and queso. As well as chips and queso. They give you a lot of chips UNLIKE the other Moe's I've been to. I can see why this place is popular.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids come here.

This is one of the worse food places I have ever eaten at. Reading the reviews ( I’m a chipotle kind of person) the reviews were better than chipotle and they had a long line so I thought Moe’s perfect time to try. When I tell you my food was so nasty I almost wanted to throw up. I got a steak burrito and not only was it more expensive than chipotle but my meat tasted sour and expired . Quality could never even compete with chipotle. Think of frozen meat that you buy like grilled steak or chicken the frozen bags . Chipotle is freshly cooked . I was so disgusted by my food offered it to my dog …dog wouldn’t even touch it . Eat at your own risk because that’s 26 dollar I will never get back. Disgusting food ?

I recently had a disappoint experience at Moe's located at 101 Bear Creek Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 8:55PM, I was greeted with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members. Instead of politely informing me that the restaurant was closing soon, the individual yelled at me GET OUT!, with no regards to customer service or common courtesy.The fact that the door was still open and other customers were still dining inside only added to the embarrassment and discomfort of the situation. The overall lack of professionalism and me with a negative impression.This was on 3/6/2024. Is not food issue or anything else just that guy with no empathy.Asael

Great place. Food is much better than their competitor, but Core Life is the way to go! Moe's is better than Chipotle but not as good as Core Life!
