We celebrated a surprise Birthday here and the trays of wings I ordered were piping hot and delicious!!! The service and gratitude from the Bar owner and staff made us feel very welcome. This bar got a bad rap for awhile when they were leasing it out, but their has been a big change in things there. This was my 3rd time here for a party and every time we had a very nice time. Their patrons, bartenders, and staff are very friendly, and inviting. Its good to see that some of these past bars are making a great come back! They sell food if your hungry, and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot just outside.

Kid-friendliness: I have seen kids with their parents eating a late lunch.The crowd is well behaved and no cursing vulgar language allowedParking: There is a full parking lot behind the bar that can handle 75 cars.Every Tuesday is bike night. Parking is hard if you are driving a car. But if your riding a bike the more bikes equals more funWheelchair accessibility: The side entrance is at side walk level. The owner just had the side walks installed per Wilkes Barre code. Outsiders makes sure everyone is welcome.

I went out Saturday morning at 1 am October 21, and right at the door it was awful, the girl at the door was very hostile, yelling and cursing at me. All I said was I was surprised that she was 'checking' me for weapons. What a good job they do with security, some poor man was murdered the very next night. This place needs to be shut down. There's no need for men to be walking around with machine guns, yelling at everyone to get in their car.

Never in my life have I received such poor service from a bartender. This place has two floors and twice the rudeness. Upon arrival, the first floor bartender did everything she could to avoid talking to me. When I asked her how to get to the upstairs, she seemed extremely bothered even though they weren't even busy. When I got upstairs, it was even worse. This bartender felt comfortable enough to be insulting. I asked if they had any specials and was scoffed at like I was asking for a handout. Didn't realize a special was such a rarity... I finally settled for a can of PBR which cost $3 even though the draft of Yuengling Lager was $2 at the downstairs bar. That's the cost of a PBR in a big city, not Wilkes-Barre, PA. This was the first and last time I will ever step foot inside this bar. Service is extremely important and this staff made a lasting impression on me.
