Sad I really like this place but just had the worst customer service experience and overall experience from delivery to my order of wings ..Ordered two dozen wings they gave me all drumsticks and my order was cold and then the lady who I’m assuming is the manager tells me she can have the two orders picked up and have them re deliver idk why she would think her customer wants to wait 2 more hours to eat …horrible if your going to be a manager you should know that was bad customer service and sadly will never order here again

Cheesesteak is very good with onions, peppers and mushrooms. The mozzarella sticks are very good. The delivery service is always on time , hot and a nice treat when it is raining out.

I have been ordering food from this establishment for 10+ years. The food is consistent. I've ordered just about everything they have on the menu. And the delivery drivers are always happy upon delivery. I've read some of the other reviews and you just can't always make everybody happy. But I am and will stay a loyal customer to this facility. Keep up the good work Phillies Phinest.
Everything I've had here is amazing. They are a family business so if u want fast delivery tip normal and they will treat u with the respect u treat them. The extreme sauce will make ur butthole burn the next day if ur white but so worth it. Get a salad dressed with Italian and put it on a pizza. Sounds strange. Cheesesteak is the best in the area
I drive by numerous places to get their cheesesteaks. Their Amoroso rolls are delicious and delivered daily. I like my cheesesteaks done pizza style with red sauce and all the trimmings. Their red sauce is absolutely delicious because it has the perfect amount of sweet to it. I'm getting hungry for another just writing this review lol. Like I said it's at least a 15+ minute trip for me and like I said I pass at least 6 places that sell cheesesteaks to get here and trust me it's worth every drop of fuel. Simply the best

Hair in my burger I quit literally regurgitated my meal, you guys sounded like you were in a rush on the phone but this I a big health code violation. I’ve been in the lobby before and you guys do not wear hair nets………..
