Every time I go to the drive thru one in Wilkes Barre I get told to pull over and wait for my order,expecting that it's going to be made fresh and they come out with an old hard as a rock sandwich or soggy like today. I don't trust their drive-thru.

Very good food and good people. The blackened chicken strips are amazing.Vegetarian options: I don't think they have any vegetarian options.Parking: They have parking around the restaurant and an extended lot behind.

Went through the drive-thru on a Wednesday night when there was no other cars in line and about two cars in the lot and we still had to pull aside and wait for our food. After sitting in the car for 15 minutes with no one bringing out our food, my spouse went inside to get the order and they said they couldn’t find us and thought we left. So, they threw in a pie while completely missing half our order. This place was good when it first opened and I don’t know what happened. Avoid unless you want to pay for food you won’t get.

Popeyes have some of the Best fried Chicken and fried Chicken Sandwich! Their red beans and rice is good too! But this Wilkesbarre restaurant is a little on the slow side every time I go to this one it's either a long line inside to the point where people want to fight or at the drive through window they tell you to pull ahead and then you have to sit in your car and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes until some one bring you your food!

Asked for Sweet Heat sauce and they said it would be an upcharge. Then I looked at the receipt and it showed they charged me for 3 jalapeños so they can “charge” me for sauce. The sauce clearly says 0.00 on the receipt and then they added 3 jalapeños for 1.65 which I didn’t even order. Charging for things I didn’t get or ask for to get more money for sauce? Sauce is free for what I bought it with

Love this place! It's a genuine Popeyes like in philly... employee arguments , drama, yelling and all. Love it, amazing food above all.. wouldn't be Popeyes without it!! A real genuine experience!! Would recommend 5/5

This was my first time eating at one of the Popeye stores. The young lady at the front was very helpful and everyone seemed to have a good vibe. My food was hot and fresh. I was honestly impressed and will definitely go back again. Your staff at this location were on top of there job.
